    Today I have taken a ride in uber cabs and without any information the driver at one point without informing us has stopped the car and told us that the end location is completed and told us to get down. I want to take this issue very seriously. Even the driver was very rude with us. I will never again prefer this cab again….

    Yesterday my family travelled for first time in uber with free ride coupon
    But, by the time they reach home the driver device given by uber is not working and after some time finally it showed final amount of 169 rs
    But in my mobile I got receipt with zero invoice.
    Driver took entire amount and he left stating that this is not free ride

    Uber charged me twice for single ride Rs. 553 on 17/8/15 and i am behind them to refund the money, they are not even reverting on mail…Its Fraud ???? Company ????

    Me and my friend took a ride from Malviya nagar to Noida and in the middle of the trip the driver ‘Brij Mohan’ disconnected the trip ride and asked us to book it again to earn greater incentives.
    I was shocked when he told us to get down in the middle of the road when we refused to book it again as it was not our mistake.
    Mr. Brijmohan having Hyundai Santro with car number DL 1RT 4407 and phone number +91-9818473941/ +91-7053486277 is a very greedy man. He asked us to pay extra amounts if we wanted to reach our office as we were getting late. He asked for more money all the time when finally we told him to refuse other trips otherwise we will call the cops.

    I have used UBER a lot of times but if your employees cancel trip in the middle of the journey for extra incentives as they will ear two rides is a very wrong thing. As a customer of UBER i am really disheartened as my whole family uses this application to book cabs.
    Kindly take a strict action against him because as a customer and more over as a lady I was left with no option if someone behaves like this in the middle of the road/trip.


    Yesterday ie 30/08/2015 I booked a cab around 10.30 am. One RAMPALLY DANAIAH responded and asked for the destination. on giving the info of destination he refused to undertake the requested ride. POOR SHOW

    3 days back I had booked a ride from Sonarpur to Howrah station for today at 4:20am, but the driver didn’t received my call after several times ringing. When I was trying to contact with the driver at that moment I received another message from uber that they shared another vehicle. When I contacted with other driver, he replied that he is around 9 KM far from my pick up location, please cancel the trip. I got another message from uber, again contacted with the driver, he replied that he is 11 km away from me, please cancel the trip. During this process I was getting late to catch the train, finally I decided and booked newly. The amount for fresh booking was Rs.554 and earlier booking amount was Rs.334. Ultimately, for failure uber, they charged me Rs.63 for cancellation and at the same time I failed to catch my train (i.e. Cost of losing amount will be around Rs.3000). From today’s experience I can say that uber just doing monopoly as well as cheating with customers. Now I asked to uber, who is responsible for that and who will fulfill my loss.
