    I will never take this can. Today I have installed uber for teh first time and got the free ride. The driver simply denied to come but charged the first ride with a bill amount of Rs. 0. Due to that my free ride got exhausted. The drivers are extremely rude to the customers. Ola and other cabs are much better than uber

    First of all booking process is so poor. I tried to book a cab it took me 20 minutes to follow the steps after that at the last step a message was displayed saying I dont have sufficient balance even when I had a free ride worth rs 600. I cdnt book a cab
    uber is a cheat fraud.
    never ever use this Cab service. We have already heard about various incidences in past, kind of drivers they people send.now they have started cheating Us as well.
    ola, taxiforsure, meru cabs are far better than uber. Infact uber stands no where in front of these cabs

    This is Mohit Agarwal, who seeks to inform you that an amount of Rs. 45/- was deducted from my Paytm Account for a trip Cancelled by the Driver from his end. The driver did not made any contact and the ride was made chargeable to me.

    Also, I would like to bring in your notice that I had used a promo-code ” UBERON360″ which had 2 free rides of Rs. 200/- each but no such ride was credited to my account. Either such promotions should not me made available or the company should actually make the promotions valid.

    These are the problems I would like to convey to you seeking a positive action from your end.

    Yesterday I book car from ramapuram and drop at mannivakkam. driver reached on time. he stopped car on tambaram and he told me book again my car from tambaram to your destination. I tried to book car again it was showing fare of last trip. I payed same amount through my credit card. Amount got deducted from credit card but in my uber app its still showing amount not paid.

    I booked a cab this morning in Bengaluru, driver called up & asked for Drop point. After i gave details he dropped line. Didn’t turn up at all for good 20 mins. I also tried contacting him twice no response. Later i booked another cab ( Different Cab) was waiting to board cab, the previous driver called up & says y did u cancel the trip. I said it was you who didn’t turn up, the driver says he had to rush to Bathroom so he couldn’t pick my call. Then Y did the fuck you accepted the trip & agreed to come . Later Uber has sent an email stating 50 rs is charged as cancellation fee.

    Same day in a another UBER Cab while travelling, suddenly the driver says Sir somehow the trip has been cancelled & you will have to book a new cab. I got down & had to take a auto in the middle of my journey.

    Fuck u Uber for this pathetic service. Have one customer care number just like OLA & taxi for sure.

    I installed the app for the first tim and by mistake booked a cab while checking how the app works as there is no clear indication of booking. Told driver to not to come and cancel the booking. The driver simply denied to come but charged the first ride with a bill amount of Rs. 0. Due to that my free ride got exhausted. Tried to reach customer care to cancel the booking but could not reach.. The drivers are extremely rude to the customers. Ola and other cabs are much better than uber. Also there is no option to book a cab in advance.

    This application is useless, They have disabled my account when I was on the verge to book a ride at 10 pm. I was coming with my wife and have been unable to book. Pathetic service.

    i had booked cab from kondapur to Chilkur Balaji temple,they accepted booking but when driver came and asked were to go when i said to Chilkur Balaji temple
    then the driver is not ready to come with us.he reply’s they don’t provide service out the city and i have to cancelled my cab and they charged me for cancellation charges also
    this is very disgusting thing i ever faced from uber

    At 1.56 am I was billed RS 160 for a ride which was badly messed up and not used by me. I had requested an uber black, for 20 mins he could not locate the address on his gps. After that I asked him to wait and I would reach him in 5 mins, but as the driver claimed he took another passenger who booked another uber .
    I don’t understand what sort of system you are having to cross verify a customer booking with the actual customer.
    Also why the hell am I billed and cheated by a company of supposedly of repute like yours who are just CHEATS!
    Please reverse the RS 160 which you have cheated me with and pay me a million rupees for the harassment caused and a personal apology by your managing director.

It came to my notice when I checked my account balance on the following day. It was unprecedented to see Rs.80 deducted from my account regarding uber cab cancelation but the ride was cancelled by the cab driver. And yesterday 12th of august I transfer Rs.255 from my another paytm account to this account but don’t received the same money.

    Worst taxi services. I have booked taxi and selected the payment mode as paytm account also its my first ride so upto 250 rupees free and also i selected as 2.5 times of original price as taxi charges. But after i reached my destination the cab driver collected from me 480 rupees and told that his device is not working to check the taxi fair so he could not bale to deduct the charge. But after that i checked my mails and saw mail from uber by saying they decucted amount from paytm also. I forwarded that mail to “[email protected]” but no use. still now no response from them and no Customer Support List. i called to the driver(parasuramulu) and told about the mail, he is told that he is not the responsible for that. 480 rupees you will give? that too 2.5 times of actual ride code. Please guys don’t use the service as my experience. its worst like anything. they are cheating everyone as per i heard from others.

    For that I have charged Rs 881, in that I was having 1 free ride of Rs 600. So balance Rs 281 was given cash to the driver. Now in uber portal, due 281 outstanding amount is showing.
    So, please help me, driver is cheated me.. I need your help to minimize the same & recover it from that driver.
    Help in this regard is highly appreciated.

    Today I have taken a ride in uber cabs and without any information the driver at one point without informing us has stopped the car and told us that the end location is completed and told us to get down. I want to take this issue very seriously. Even the driver was very rude with us. I will never again prefer this cab again….

    But, by the time they reach home the driver device given by uber is not working and after some time finally it showed final amount of 169 rs
    But in my mobile I got receipt with zero invoice.
    Driver took entire amount and he left stating that this is not free ride

    Me and my friend took a ride from Malviya nagar to Noida and in the middle of the trip the driver ‘Brij Mohan’ disconnected the trip ride and asked us to book it again to earn greater incentives.
    I was shocked when he told us to get down in the middle of the road when we refused to book it again as it was not our mistake.
    Mr. Brijmohan having Hyundai Santro with car number DL 1RT 4407 and phone number +91-9818473941/ +91-7053486277 is a very greedy man. He asked us to pay extra amounts if we wanted to reach our office as we were getting late. He asked for more money all the time when finally we told him to refuse other trips otherwise we will call the cops.

    I have used UBER a lot of times but if your employees cancel trip in the middle of the journey for extra incentives as they will ear two rides is a very wrong thing. As a customer of UBER i am really disheartened as my whole family uses this application to book cabs.
    Kindly take a strict action against him because as a customer and more over as a lady I was left with no option if someone behaves like this in the middle of the road/trip.

      My harrowing experience travelling by UBER cab, on regular reminders from UBER to use the cab for the first time for a free ride, I booked a cab at 2.45 PM from Shalimar Bagh, Delhi.110088, and was informed the cab will reach after 20 minutes, but the cab turned up after 45 minutes, since I had to join a mourning place in a death case, I travelled by cab for only 9 kms. and on arrival I had to wait for 10 mts. for the directions of UBER on Mb. as internet was not working properly, and was charged Rs. 170 for my first ride on regular reminders by the UBER. Very sorry state of affairs. I will suggest to refund my amount and try to improve your service as well as the terms for the users.

When i tried booking cab. it says “your previous balance was -234/- and it needs to be cleared 1st” but uber never allows booking without sufficient balanc. Now dont understand what is the strategy behind this nonsense deductions. and there is no damn response from the mail id neither number available. NEVER USE UBER. CRAP UBER

    We had taken an Uber fpr a relative from Gurgaon to Old Rajinder Nagar. The car was booked on our credit card. However, the driver also took an equal amount in cash from the passenger. When I spoke to the driver, he said that his app showed that cash had to be collected and so he took the money in cash from the passenger.

    Please have this sorted and kindly reverse the payment on our credit card immediately.

      Almost same thing happened with me. For my last ride, I paid the amount in cash. Today when i tried to book the cab, it says the previous ride’s amount is pending and i have to clear that amount before booking the cab. I wrote a mail to customer care and hope they look into these things before loosing the customers.

    kindly stay away from UBER, They are a number 1 fraud cab service. I am a new user and have applied coupun code before taking a ride and it also showed 1 FREE ride, after we took the ride the amount was not debited from my account, after 4 days they deducted Rs.220 from my paytm wallet without our knowledge for no reason..

    They wanted our credit card / paytm details before even taking our ride, why would we provide our credit card and paytm information without even taking a ride. They will deduct the amount when ever they like, it is not safe to provide them all our personnel information.

    PLEASE DON’T USE THIS CRAP CAB SERVICE, THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS IN CHEATING CUSTOMERS.

    I had 2 free rides in my account and also in the help section you have mentioned that if you have free rides in your account, it will automatically be applied to your next ride. But that is not the case. I got charged for my ride, although i had 2 free rides in my account.
    The same happened in my first ride case, uber is worst cab service provider.

    Hi I booked the cab on Wednesday (7 Sept) and i don’t know why my GPS location took the different location which is 1 km far from my original location when i asked the driver to come to my location he sayed i cant come there if you want to come just come here or cancel the cab and book the different when i asked him to cancel from his end he denied for that also and when i cancelled the cab it detected 75 from my paytm which i think is chitting to customer requesting you to refund the money.

    Hi.. i booked a cab today from sector 22 to NDLS.. i had a train from there,my bill was 335 however driver charged rs 400 from me.. i didnt got the receipt when he asked for the money.. driver said you can call me if there is any issue.. later i noticed that the driver didnt called me from his no. Initially it was a Uber’s landline no. Which i cant reach anymore.. please reverse my money.

    Well I have benign booking uber for while now but today incident was the best where the driver shout at me for Google giving him the nearest location and not the accurate one
    And he tells me to come to the location where he is superb and shout while saying it
    Well I refused to go with him and canceled the cab since he had a horrible attitude now uber has charged me for cancelling the cab which I’m not goin to pay for

    My recent Uber ride from Office to Home was charged as Rs.318/-, as my UBER account is having lesser amount, the Driver Mr.Mette Suresh has demanded the amount, finally I have paid an amount of Rs.320/- to the Driver, But, the UBER is sending the mails to me regularly, stating the the ride amount is due to pay. How far it is genuine, it seems that the driver din’t update my payment details to the Uber authorities. Here, my humble request to the UBER authorities, you have to ask the Drivers and take the payment updates from them. Iam waiting for the UBER authorities, what action that they will take from their side on the driver.

    Now i am not able to use the app, to book for cab. it is displaying payment is pending, and it shows credit card details.
    evenif am trying to pay thru credit card, it is not accepting.
    i have sent around 10 emails on this and till today, it is not resolved.
    can you update the payment method to cash, or can you reset my account, so that i can use the app.

    I have downloaded the uber app and still i did not get the free ride as i have add the promotion code .In other way i have shared my uber promotion code to my two friends and both did not get the first free ride out of them one friend book the uber as a first ride and he paid 380 and the amount is deducted from his account.

    I am totally frustrated from uber and i dont want to use this cab service any more as uber dont have any direct number to contact and after every ride driver force to pay what ever is showing on his application…

    I had used Uber cab on 18-Sep-15 and paid in cash to driver for the trip. But when I recharged my paytm wallet with sufficient amount, Uber has deducted the amount of around 400 from the associated account. Could you please go ahead and refund the amount. Else I need to take the legal action.

I booked this uber taxi no 11/11/2015 and when it arrived, the driver created an issue and never gave respect to me which I felt to just smash him up . . ! but I didn’t do anything and from now on I will never ride into uber and I ‘ll recommend all my relatives and friends not to get into uber . . hey uber first give respect to your customers . . then show up your ego and attitude . . !! and know one thing ”customer is god and he is the king” . . so move accordingly . . if not that customer will always be bad to you, the whole life . . !!

    Yesterday was my worst day, driver try to go by different road which is much farer and we suggest to go the road which is in uber maps also that is the best way and that was the highway, that way my daily way to office, I was trying to say that but driver did not listen and stated talking that distance is same and denying that he will not drop me for the same and he makes us move down from the cab we were so frustrated and look for police but no police was there however we manage to go home by other means this is how uber works, my dear what can I do for this. I want to suspended that uber driver from uber coz I hope he will do the same thing to other people aswell.

    My friend booked a cab and there was a free coupon but I didn’t know about it. He dispatch on desopriya and I took it till Acropolis mall, then he said 198 is the bill, I paid it . then I calld my friend back he said that message he received is payable amount is zero .
    Means the driver took double fair .
    OLA cab service is far better than this, and at least they are not lieable to the passenger .

    Had a terrible experience with uber cab service tonight. I had to go to the airport to drop my parents and booked a ubergo. Driver (8867726906) called and confirmed that he would come in 5 minutes. We waited for 20 minutes but driver didn’t turn up in that time. I tried calling him on the above number and on 9535143631but he switched off both numbers. We were already getting late so I finally cancelled that cab and booked another one at surged price (1.5x). I was charged Rs.77 for cancellation of that booking. I called the driver of the second cab again to find out his location but later he also asked me to cancel the trip and reason he gave me for cancellation was that he was short on fuel. His number is 7406758024. I was frustrated to my limit and then finally asked the driver to cancel the trip and even for that trip I was charged Rs. 75 for cancellation. I finally had to book an ola as I was already late and didn’t want my parents to miss the flight. I am still riding in that cab and hope to reach airport in time. Had worst experience with uber today. Not gonna use it again.

    I visited Uber office 3 times earlier to get the information on how to attach a cab but every time either I was turned away by giving some stupid excuse or the shutter was down(Before 1.45 pm). Today again I went to their office at 12.15 pm and was told that the info session was till 12 pm only. I told them that last time I came they had asked me to come in between 3-4 pm and how come the schedule got changed in 3-4 days to which he remained mum and refused to give any information. I again told him that this is my 4th visit and requested him to spare 5 minutes to which the Uber person rudely replied, ” I don’t care. I can’t even spare 30 seconds.” You all can very well see how idiotic and rude these guys are. If anybody knows of any email id of Uber please share as I want to escalate this matter further. These guys get paid from our money and disrespect us. Shame on these employees. I don’t know why Uber doesn’t have any customer care no or Toll free no. May be it is just to avoid taking such kind of complaints.

    As booked your Uber Cab Service From Kopar kahirane to Mumbai CST on 2-01-2016 and the Driver who number is 9167051199 Named Rakesh was supose to come and pick me up form my Location alt Sector 2 a kopar kharane for CST (Mumbai VT Station) and at the peak time he cancelled the Trip and because of which i had to book another taxi and after 10min he was found with other passenger.and to log his complaint now i am not able to log in my User Id with Uber account as my contact number is 9175193035 this shows the well named company like UBER Provides the Services.

    seriously pathetic service,m nt able to update ma no as well,i think ola cabs are far better than them,every tym i travel by ola i gt 50% off on my fare price n within 3 min i gt the driver on the given destination…OLA cabs are best..go for it guys who gettin prblm in uber try ola,infact ola have share ride too dat will be nore beneficial.

    i was charged additional amount of Rs 900 to day for my trip to RGI from himayathnagar inspite of the amount already been paid through PAYTM (Rs 653).my pay tm account has already deducted Rs 653 from my account. The driver has charged me additionally Rs 900.PL reimburse Rs 900 to my pay tm account

    i took raid on 19th around 11pm, and i paid 250rs+250 free raid. now i’m not able to tack raid it’s showing We were unable to charge Paytm -244 rs. i paid to driver(Krishanaraj). i don’t know y it’s showing can you please help me on this.

    my question is first you gave offer, then you charged double amount, yesterday night i got a msg and mail your next ride will be rs.25 up to 12 kms, but today i booked a cab up and down max 6 kms but amount charged is Rs.166, when i was booked a cab showing price Rs.25 but while returning driver only booked a cab behalf of me and charged amount is 166 rupees.
    per kms how much amount will you charged? wrong msg and mail why are send? what service are you providing? call me boss ph:9985299334
