    My Name is DhritimanBose. And I have bought an Ambrane Tablet from your DENsnapdeal tv shop on 20feb 2015…. but the product was faulty & has some defect so i returned it on 22feb2015…. And asked for replacement but your concerned team said that replacement is not possible So they will give me a refund in my bank account . And i shared my banks details via mail.But i didn’t get my refund.And i contact the customer care no of snapdeal from a month twice a day.And the customer executive said that refund will be inintiated within 7 days.Then again i call the customer care executive about the problem and he/she said that refund will be given within next 5 days.And this same process goes on for a month.. but todays is 4april 2015 and till now i didnot get my refund back. So my requst to the snapdeal officials is that plz give my refund within 3days or otherwise i will complain this matter to the National Consumer Forum…………

And i share it…Once again snapdeal customer team text me another refund request no 17688258(30March2015) and once again said that wait for 7days..

    But as ususall i didn’t get my refund………

    And after that i called the Snapdeal customer executive many times twice a day till date- 4 April2015 But nothing happened I didn”t get my refund on my bank Account…

    So now i fill fed up and that’swhy i am sending this mail to the Snapdeal Customer Help Service Team………

The problem was that I mentioned my address as (bluedart courier, near adidas store, pin-783380), but snapdeal despatch my item through speed post instead of bluedart courier, and so the item reached at post office last night but they’ve return back my item to snapdeal claiming that I’ve put wrong address and now I’m helpless.     I purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND MAX from snapdeal on 6th April 2015. But I cancelled the product on 9th April 2015. I called snapdeal and informed on the same day. He told please wait for 7 days we will refund your amount. Nearly 3 weeks gone, still i didnt get my refund. I called the customer care daily and raised a compliant in snapdeal site. The customer care person told that wait for 48 hours we will call back and tell the resolution.I waited for more than 3 weeks but no reply. All the time i got the same response “please wait for 48 hrs”. Sometimes customer care cut the call, if I ask him to connect to higher officials. Im not getting any proper support from SNAPDEAL side.

    i have returned the symphony cooler on 28th April . and for refund they creating so much problem and sending the wrong information every time, first they told they are sending every time different statement,
    many time i am getting that amount is transferred in your account .but in e-mail they are sending that new case no. and request no. i have already spoke with several time with senior person with Mr. Tejpal also . he gave me within 2 days amount will be transffed and today 10 days. 24 days has completed . still 4 business days are not coming, since from yestrurday i got information 5 times same information that amount is already transfer in you account. and just update your passbook. and i visited to bank for 2 times as i already inform then that my mom in icu and on ventilator. so please provide me correct informtion and send mye proof that amount is transferd, then after so many call, they told it is not transffed, it will transffed, after every call. they are making new case no. now request, just to pospone the date, but when I need the fund, they are making the cutomer fool . by providing the wrong information only. really very disappoint, and as i have already waited for 23 days. we have to beg our own money. and still today they have genrated now case no. so that again i have to wait . and our own money deposit in hospital . very disappointed

    Hi i purchased JBL bluetooth on 25th may on Snap deal, as there were offer going on, i paid the money by credit card as well as got confirmation from snap deal with delivery date.

    But suddenly on 26th morning i received sms that your order got cancelled & money will get transfer in 4 to 5 working days.

    This is is just a cheating by giving fake offers on website & cancel the same on next day by giving stock reason. I spoke to call centre as well but no positive response except apology.

    I am planning to go to consumer forum for the same, as i am regular customer of snapdeal & if they didnt have stock they should not send me the confirmation of the same.

He literally was laughing on my complaint and mocking me and told me straightaway that he won’t help me come what may. I am reminding the customer care center 3-4 times daily to install my AC but in-vein. you know that this is the peak summer period and passing a single moment without AC is very difficult.So I am facing a great problem due to your miss management. I request you to take up the matter at your level with customer care and ensure that the AC is got installed on Jun 01.

    The period of 07 days given for return/ replace of AC is too short.How can I take the decision of return/replace of AC without having known the performance of AC? So please increase this period to 30 Jun. My AC is still packed in carton. When technician comes to install will be opened.

    I have purchased Pureit filter from your site on 24 June 2015.

    On 30 June I received a message from your end that order has been delivered .Neither I received any call nor got the item delivered to me. Item was not delivered I called customer and raised a complaint regarding non delivered .Complaint No is=>032153380. After I logged complain I received a message from TCIxps that item was not delivered giving absurd reason that address was wrong.
    I am pained and astonished with this issue .I put faith on your brand “Snapdeal” .
    I hope you guys will resolve this issue asap. I still do not want to believe that snapdeal could do this .I am wasting my time taking follow up and the whole idea of eCommerce seems farce to me.

    I bought “Samsung 212 Ltr RR2115TCAPX/TL” refrigerator on 30 june2015, on 3rd july 2015 it got cancelled automatically without any intimation to me (they sent me a mail after they cancelled and initiated the refund), when I called sanpdeal customer service, at first they said it’s a technical glich, then they turned upside down and said they can’t ship the product to my place (i checked the product can be delivered to my location at the time of booking).
    these are the answers i get from snapdeal, when I said I will visit the office in Bangalore and want to hear from them, then that customer person said “we are located in Delhi sir, you go and ask but you can’t get anything there”, a worst answer, I never heard such an answer from a customer service executive from flipkart and amazon.
    They are even blocking my reviews to posted in their website. This is not professional.

    I have placed an order to buy a ‘Obit Digital USB FM Radio player (pink )’ since 30th June,2015,(payment made through debit card )and did not receive the product till date.(Estimated delivery is between 6thJuly to 10th July). From the website I got the information that the product is dispatched and contact numbers which i have received is 011-23620144.When I called on this phone number,I have given another two numbers which are 011-25654037,25654038.I did not get any information through these numbers.So I called on Customer care number of Snapdeal.com where I received another phone number 011-28713522 which is the number of Delhi post office.I called upon this number also where i didn’t received any information.Again I called Customer care service where I have received the local post office number (02342-222040).I called upon this number where I got the information that they didn’t receive the order till date.
    So at the end of the day I want to know when I will receive my order? and how to track the order.Please do the needful.

    I purchased Uniq power bank (Order number 7132096086) at Rs. 390, but snapdeal delivered wrong product (duplicate Mi powerbank). I requested for replacement with correct product but now Snapdeal is not willing to send the correct product, even when it is selling online today. It seems prices have increased now and snapdeal wants to cash-on that today.

    Feel been cheated by Sanpdeal. This has happened several occasions while transacting with Snapdeal on other products, but I didn’t raise any concern. But its hightime now that Snapdeal should stop cheating the customers.

    Request Snapdeal to deliver the correct product and complete their part of obligation, instead of just refunding without any proper justification, even when product is being sold by Snapdeal online as of today.

    I have purchased Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 8GB ROM White phone from Snapdeal yesterday. After receiving phone I have found that the camera quality is very poor than mentioned on it. It is mentioned 8 MP rear camera but after taking pictures it seems to be 2 MP because the picture becomes blur after expanding it to full screen or zooming it. And also phone heats up after using it 15 minutes. That’s why I want to return the phone and refund my money so I have initiated a request to return it.
    Today I have received a call from your customer support and they are saying that you will have to visit the micromax care regarding phone issues unless it will not be returned.

    So request you to please return my phone and refund the money as soon as possible.

    Dear Executives,
    You yourself see how many times sub orders have been generated for thi sparticular order of LG LED TV.
    First the order got cancelled at ur end due to non availability of product with tge seller.Second time your courier services returned the TV saying that it is beyond their delivery limits. The pin code mentioned by me was wrongly written as 400015 instead of 440015.
    Then I requested snapdeal to re dispatch it with correct pincode. But ur executive put the request again with the same wrong pin code. And every time ur executives gave different answers.some said tge product is on the way some said pincode has been updated you need not worry.
    The courier service of vulcan surface is a night mare.They said tge retyrned tge courier to snapdeal while snapdeal kept on giving different answers.

    Again when i called to take an update one executive said he will update the pincode and so he cancelled the prior order. And then he says sorry i cannot put your order as we have already paid by debit card. I thought that u have opted fot COD. When i told him that i wanted to talk to his supervisor ge hung up.
    This is the most worst experience with snapdeal. Fir a small mistake they are plunging such a big parcel from here to there.

    i would like to bring to your attention that i have bought a mobile micromax canvas sparks Q380. As i complained earlier and snapdeal customer has suggested me to go to service centre. So i went and they took a month to repair it. The display got okay but there is another sound distortion. So i went again and they mend it. Now i got it back and still i have not use it and the screen got scratch from inside and the front panel has come off and buldge out. Whenever i go there is always another problemand damaging my mobile everytime.so is ther any chance of replacement?

    2. The item is supplied byMANOJ ELECTRONICS,SHOP 2-3 B, PUBLIC PARK CITY, GANGANAGAR / STATE RAJASTHAN PIN 335001 as indicated on the invoice (INVOICE NUMBER :SC2AAF/15-16/33 of INVOICE DATE :16-AUG-2015)
    We find that the item is a FREE GIFT as indicated on three sides of the carton. Though the Free Gift portion has been blackened to hide it, on one side when the ink was rubbed it was clear that the piece supplied to us is a Free Sample.
    3. Moreover “With Best Compliments” Godrej Appliances is written on three sides of the carton.
    4. Further, it says that “Godrej is not responsible for any defects or damages in the free gifts”

    This is a clear case of cheating both the Godrej and Snapdeal and is highly unethical.
    We wish to report this is for your information and necessary action otherwise we may inform Godrej.
    In view of the above I would request you to please arrange immediately change the Item with the fresh piece which is not a Free Sample.

Now the replacement does get detected on computer. But it records sometimes and sometimes not. I had to try out multiple times and only now am i able to understand that the recording is totally inconsistent. Sometimes it records for 30 seconds and sometimes the recording itself does not happen. Though i thought snap deal was good and had reliable vendors I am extremely disappointed. I should be given an opportunity to return the third class product. Snap Deal will only spoil it’s reputed name by dealing with such vendors. There is a lot being said on the media regarding the founders of snap deal – but, if they are listening now, i would ask them to visit me or call me and get my feedback else i am planning to write up all of this into the social media informing all social circles of mine. I regret this buying decision !!!

    Well, my Diwali, thanks to your Poor Services, No Delivery and My Moneys Stuck, is spoiled. I had ordered an iPad Air 2 WiFi on November 2nd, 2015 and have been waiting since to receive the delivery. I have followed up with your concerned team @call centres (defined by you), for my order over 7-10 times (check the call records), but no resolution till now, only three points were said:
    1) We apologise for the inconvenience
    2) We will escalate the issue and get back to you within two hours
    3) We have escalated the issue, please wait for another 48 hours

    The fact is that the product was to be delivered today which is Diwali (11th of November), but still have net received and now another 48hours is what your team wants to wait for.

    I will tell you another thing, they don’t even have the details for the courier service guys, no address no contact number no nothing. Still they expect me to wait for my order and on top of it I cannot even cancel my order.

    So in a nutshell, my order is stuck with a courier vendors (Whose details do not exist on internet or with your team), my money stuck (Rs.32,000) since I cannot cancel my order also. Your team does not have any solution or response for the product delivery.

    If you have any time at all, please look into this, either cancel my order and return my moneys or get the product delivered today itself, so that even we can have a Diwali celebration as well.

    Hellow frdzz don’t go for purchase any thing from Snapdeal. Its actually Frauddeal. its very shame to said that i was a regular customer of it.

    I ordered 5 items (Sandel, Microchip, Mobile cover, temptted glass and Microsoft Lumia 640xl Mobile phone )on 6th Nov-15 7 paid in Credit card. But when I rcved the box on 12.11.2015 it was in Empty. .at the time of opening the box all my company friend are there and they all are witness. immediately I called and mail to customer care and share all details. the delivery boy was agreed that the box was in light weight Customer care side always said that they will resolve the issue with in 48hr but they never did a single call .
    But today when I called agained they are saying that my complained was rejected reference no-12797718. when I asked they are not sharing anything also not provide the confirmation in mail.
    They are also agreed the issue is from their side. if issue is from Snapdeal then why I pay of it. Now they were refused to refund amount/product to me. also refused to share the investigation data.

    Rs13000/- is one month salary of mine. For AMM DAMI side 13000/- is a big amt. Pls think about it frdzz and share to all your circle and Stop Shopping from snapdeal.

    I Originally ordered a product which was returned by me for replacement due to quality issues. Before replacement could be made, I cancelled it for refund after receiving other defected products of same genre which I collectively ordered as Diwali Gifts.

    Simultaneously, I requested courier guy to take back the replacement as it was already cancelled for refund.

    Just after a day, I got a mail from Snapdeal claiming that I have retained the replacement and refund cannot be made now. (which was never retained at my end)
