    I am surprised to see that i booked 4 rides through OLA when i was in GOA from my friends cell phone Ankit Goyal and none of the cab arrived. In fact i did not even get any details of cab driver from OLA as ride were booked 2 days before.

    I was waiting for can on time and when i called OLA, they just simply denied that we do not have any cabs available. I mean come on you should have informed me. On 21st april i booked this car from ganesh avenue around 5.11pm, while showing 19mins in the app the person came around 5.56, which is a long time. After reaching the place sandip saha shouted with an ill attitude and asked me why did i call him 3 to 4 times to know where he is. He argued used slang words and invited me to make a complaint against him to ola cab, because he was so confident that he willnt have any kind of punishment for his ill behaviour. we are customers, i may b wrong but still i believe we are not suppose to get this kind of behaviour from a representative of a national brand. I will surely share my experience with all of social contacts and will aware them that they can save themselves from this kind of missbehaviour. We pay more for comfort and leisure, we dnt pay to listen to slang of a driver or see his attitude, we can have the same expericence booking a street cab. To avoid this inconveniece we pay more and go to brand like ola. Now its your call,,, you ignore my message or take an action. Have a good day.

    I have booked an OLA cab 3 days before from Hubli to Dharwad. The cab was suppose to arrive @10pm on Hubli on 25th April. But I got a message @9.50 pm that Driver is not available. Why cant the OLA members inform us before? We had a great difficulty in arranging another private cab. We had to pay 3 times more the amount and had to wait for 2 hours to get the car that too @11pm with 2 ladies involved. I need you to take immediate action on all the members of OLA who are responsible for cancellation of the CAR at the end moment.

    I had a booking for OLA with confirmation no : CRN97067527, on 4th July, 8:25PM. I received a message from OLA for the Driver details as Sujit Thakur(8817394474), white Indigo CG04HU8340. Till 8:30 there was no correspondence from the driver side and when we called his words were ” I dont have any booking, if u need u cancel and book another cab if u need.” He was absolute rude, misbehaved and talked roughly saying to cancel the booking. We had a train at 9:00 which I missed due to this delay. On calling the customer care no the caller, Mr. Adil Abbasi confirms that there was some technical issue due to which the driver couldn’t receive the details.

    My concern is, if the company has some technical issues they must handle it at their end.Why should the customer suffer due to their negligence. On the top of it, at least the customer service or support should be polite and humble to cover the mistake rather than being rude. Mismanagement of CAB booking leads to a big cios to the customer and affect their schedules and miss the flight or trains.

    Some action must be taken against OLA to set a benchmark for customer service.

    Please don’t use Ola ride because they cheating customers, because just now I book taxe for sure from OLA app and cab was booked, next best part is the driver no. was switched off, I have tried more than ten times, even after that his number was switched off. Next best part is I got invoice of around 106 Rs with riding cab. It’s better you close the company.

    Dear Sir,
    This is regarding the attached (below) email from Ola cabs. On the 13th I booked a OLA mini with Doddaiah from HSR Layout to Safina Plaza which is about 11kms.

    The driver took us to 123.16 kms and charged us Rs 1404.00!

    He had the GPS on and purposely took us through various bylanes though we told him repeatedly that that was not the route! We missed an important appointment due to his gross negligence and arrogant attitude.

    Kindly look into the matter and revert to me.

    Please dont prefer OLA CABS in bangalore to airport.There will charge you around 1800 to 2k.

    Please prefer KSTDC.800 sufficient.

    do not prefer OLA from terminal 3 to terminal 1 Delhi IGI airport as they charge 300 rs as other may offer to you 200 rs

    Dear sir,
    I have booked ola (Wagon R- UP16 TT 5003) today at 9:07 pm from Sarai kale kha to Faridabad.
    First of all the driver has start the trip before he has reached the location,and while we we’re putting our bags inside requested to take it from Nehru place route as we have to drop someone there first.
    But your driver straightly said no, and cancelled the trip.
    I want my Money back in next 24 hours.

    Today I got to know why Uber is more successful because there drivers are well mannered.they never cancelled or start the trip before customer permission.
    Please give more trainings to your driver,otherwise Ola will be in trouble……

    I booked sharing cab from tri Nagar to Hindu Rao hospital of booking no OSN98809347 of girdhari laal ph no-7827595535.He lied me and didn’t reach on the location, I waited for 10 minutes..when I called him he said I had cancelled the ride..he is very illmannered person…it’s my worst experience with ola…I m deleting this app, and will tell all my friends not to use it……
    I am feeling very bad with this experience….

    OLA drivers are not not professionals except few..

    They start trips before reaching the spot, cancelling the trip by themselves, will not follow the route which may be considered short than the one directed by GPS.
    They are harsh
    They are rude
    They yell at us
    If they dont know the address and dont know how to use GPS, they ll quarrel at customers that we are not quiding them properly.

    Most important of all is, they accept the ride and keep on saying we are on the way for 20-30 mins.. Finally we need to cancel the trip and arrange some other trip.. They will do this only during the peak time, we are left with no choice other that waiting for OLA..

    Not sure who hass given them the permission to waste customers precious time..:(

    Top of it, even after complaining to OLA support, they will not take action against drivers..

    Finally we are the losers..

    On 9th May 2016 I have booked ola cab from shidedahalli at about 9.3 a.m.. The ola cab was not reached and no call from the cab driver. But Rs. 110 deducted from my account. The name of the Driver is Jnanesh. See that without riding the ola how you have charged to my account?

      my all bookings are original on 8th nd 13th july but customer care executive said that you done invalid booking on that both days thats why your mbg was not come……but its wrong my all bookings are original nd valid….so plz recheck my mbg of that both days nd proceed my money……my cab no. hr 61c 3992….sir plz

    ola apne partners ka bhi paisa kha jati hai jab koi driver bhai ph. karta hai 15 min tak to ph. hi nahi pic karte phir use ans. dete hai tumhari duty invalid hai so we r not prose’s the incentive because u r done all 10 jobs in local area. your vehicle are not going ncr area

    Yesterday I booked a cab, after getting cab no. Driver name and phone No. I telephoned to Driver who said he is at jubilee bus station and coming. In the mean while another taxi came to pick up location and telephoned to me that he came to pick me and travelled in that. Your contention that I have not responded to your call is not correct because I have not cancelled first booking. Hence I am not responsible for your cancellation and rebooking.

    I didnt like this system..my first experience with this was very bad..i booked the ola cab by giving my residential address…i expected the driver to come and pick me up from my resident..but the driver was standing at some nearby location. I cancelled the booking..i will never book cabs from this site!!!

    Ols is a big time CHEATER. In the name of Peak pricing, these people charge customer 10 times the actual fare. For ony 9 kms which I covered in 40 mins, I was charged 685/-. No doubt UBER is far better in customer service than OLA, one of the reasons could be because OLA is owned by an Indian.

    Mene meri gadi ola me lga rkhi h or muje device me baar baar no network ki problm aai h . One week me 3 baar ola office ja chukka hu waha pe 5 hrs wait krne ke baad device milta h ese me mere MBG or mera tym khrb hota h. Customer care pe baat krne pe koi response nhi milta or again and again office ke chkr lane pad rhe h.
    Ese me driver kese apni MBG puri kr payegi. Agar esa chalta raha to gadi ki kist bhi nhi bhari jaigi .

    m satyaveer apki ola company ki ola cabs chalata ho or pichhle kai dino se mujhe meri duty ke paise nhi mil rahe h. meri ola duty 4,7,9,10,11 and15 October ki h Jo ki abi tak nhi mile h.meri ola cabs ka no Dl1 Rt-3962.

    To day i booked olacab from my residence. TS 08 UA8239, CRN-4273787. It was mini cab. The driver charged me Rs.192/- for 6kms.!!! This is too much. I had deleted olacabs from my phone.

    This mails is against the driver of this ride 1stly he was very late nd my biggest concern is against his misbehaved.

    This cab was booked for my sister driver was very rude nd misbehaved by saying “maine theka nh le rkha ghar tak chodne ka”. He dropped her in a midway nly where there was no facility at all nd moreover charged xtra for the luggage.

    This is highly unacceptable please do something so that he cannot repeat this with anyone nd spoil OLA reputation.
