    Delivery should be on time to the place with we had registered while placing the order but no…if that place seems little bit far for them they r sending back the parcel without at least informing the customers. And moreover the customer need to call the deliveryman asking about the parcel ..

    I have ordered a ‘trend arrest women white t-shirt’ of small size code-521885.
    It was ordered for my sister and its really embrassing the t-shirt got shrink at first wash.
    I dont know is the way you sell products to your coustmers by making fool. I dont think people gonna make deal with your company. I dont think your company is trustworthy. And i will make sure i wont oder any other from your company. Its a biggest shameful act i have ever seen.

    I have selected stuff and after that when i m going to click on cart .Its redirect to login window and ask for login credentials and ask again application install. After that when i put my credentials then again home page display .After that again click on cart again ask for login credentials and ask again application install.

    Order no 900784 I have ordered the pair of sandle on 24 sep’15, I had processed the return request on the same day at night, next morning when courier boy came to me for pick the product then we had noticed price was not mentioned on the box or product. I had clicked the picture and shared at support and informed them price tag was not mentioned at the time of delivery but due to poor fitting I wanted to return this product. Next day I had received the call that due to price tag issue we are not able to refund the product, I had clearly informed them that was missing at the of delivery, but they are stucked on their statement and fource me to go with particular product. I had clarify that used shoes easily shows to every one, that’s not used shoes only price tag was missing because I have not received the same at time of delivery also. Today again they (customer service person) said we need the barcode sticker, which unfortunately didnt had, So customer service people told me there is nothing can be done on this n hung up on me..which was very rude..a pathetic service u provide..Didnt expect this from myntra.. Now I am checking my status they have refund request defined due to the used product strange till today they dening to refund process due to the price tag issue now they have mentioned that used product

    Now product and money Rs.945 both are with you ( .you are not trying to resolve my query also.

    I had purchased an item from MYNTRA on 16th oct 2015 and i have not received my product worth Rs.1336.26/- and its been a month today being 27th oct 2015.
    The helpline nos. are all fraud and just keep saying 1 days or 2 days and is not ready to Deliver my product.

    After placing the order,when my order item is not deliver to me then,
    I called up customer care number to ensure that they have the product in stock or some other issue and the support guy told me place the order we have Technical problem,to deliver this area
    if they would not have deliverd in this area you will not be able to place the order.I placed the order on your website and made the immidiate payment of Rs.1336.26 /-, and it was my biggest mistake.
    After placing order the date of Arrival was showing 25th Oct. 2015.
    but after 2days i get a mail due to some delivery constrains,
    {we are unable to deliver this shipment hence this order got cancelled from our end.}These are your faults not our so,why we handle these things.
    Under the Consumer Rights Act goods must be delivered within the timeframe agreed with the retailer but your myntra not delvired, no one give me a single mail or message about this technical problem issues,
    so how can i know?? Is this a way to give response to your customers???

    I have placed an order on 18’th Oct 2015, my order no is 95544802.
    According to your Myntra app order has been delivered on 24’th OCT 2015 but i didn’t received any parcel on my mention address.Not even a call from delivery boy.
    I have been following your support team from 24’th Oct 2015 to till date but i am not getting any proper response from your support team.They are keep on telling it will take 24 hour to resolve the issue but till date nothing has not been resolved.To get an update from your team
    team to know the status they have taken 10 days even on 25’th of OCT i have told them to cancel the order and return my money back to my bank account.Today when i saw your app to know the status my money was in cash back which i clearly told to CSD team to credit to my bank account.
    I need my money back by 24 hours as i have requested on 25’th OCT itself as you told it will take 7 to 10 working days.

    CLARIFICATION recd.only on 10.12.15 late hours.last date to avail coupon no.ARTLDTH28 given as 10th Dec.Could not avail due to short time.plz.extend the date upto 21st Dec.15 and specifically inform the items for which this coupon can be applied.since all my mails sent for this purpose returned undelivered.may I expect your early response.     They are the cheater always sucks their customer I have already experienced it. They deliver the shipment in metro xity in 10 days fucking company. They don’t process refund as well. Fuck it do go
