    I have fillup form for new connection online and made payment for deposit and other stuff, after 2day I got call from area distributor for connection and he asked for payment which was I already done online, he claim that, he didn’t got any.

    I try to toll free no for complain but that number not working. (1800 233 3555)

    We by mistake click on giveup subsidy but we need subsidy. Many
    time i call and go the agency but no solution provide by him, from
    begining i did not get any subsidy amount, many time i feel the form
    but there is no solution give me by agency. Last form fill on
    18/08/2015. But still now no solution. Kindly provide solution as soon
    as possible.

    Hello Sir,
    I have booked indian Gas in M/s Prayojani Gas Agency, kolkata, District, west bengal vide in Reference No.367695 on 30-09-2015 through mobile number. i have recived sms 09.0ct 2015 my cah momo no:-3000113826 generated But, till today i have recived the cylender .cah momo no:-3000113826 and amt rs 549:00 but gas boy payment recived rs 600/=other wise cylinder return rs 50 extra no reason. Please take action against them.

    My mobile massage came dt. 30.09.2015 cash memo 3000114391 generated for booking no. 223137 (Booked on 18.09.15)shall be delivered shortly ensure pre delivery check while receiving refills but gas cylinder not received till dt. 19.10.15. Surprisingly cylinder is not delivered after one month of online booking.


    My Consumer No. 36423, Banashankari 2nd Stg, Bangalore. Our Indane distributor is Vishwanatha Gas Agency.

    On 08-10-2015, I gave KYC records – Photo, address changed BSNL bill, Aadhaar Copy, Electricity bill requesting change of address from 438, 23rd cross, 10th Mn, BSK 2nd Stg to No 1833, 11th Main, Opp Yashaswini Vidyaniketan school, BSK 2nd Stg, Blore 70. Later I booked a refill on 12.10.2015. Today 20-10-15, refill came to the old address, delivery man telephoned me to enquire. I contacted the agency, their reply was not convincing, they cut off the phone. The attendant was reluctunt to tell her name. Why address is not changed even after 14 days?

    Dear Sir
    I booked a new gas connection at Ramesh Gas Service, Jhajjar. They are book the new connection and charged Rs. 100/- from me and also submit the form for new connection.
    After 12 days they send a mechanic to my house and check all they need and find all OK.
    The mechanic told to me that you should come to office tomorrow as on 02-12-2015 and deposit the fees of Rs. 5075/-. When I reached at office they said that submit a new Ration card for New connection. (Before a connection is already issued in the name of my father in law) but now we are a saperate Family (We are saperate by father in law) and new Ration Cards are not available.
    Please suggest what I do. There is many problems without gas connection in my house.

    I am checked all details on online, all are cleared. There is no problem in my documents.

The same was reported to our local distributor “COOKING GAS & APPLIANCES” at about 14:48 by phone on 11-12-2015 but till nobody has come to check the same yet.     I am indane customer consumer no.01728.i havn,t received subsidy from last two months why? My booking no 276023 and cash memo no.3000042233 dtd.16.12.15.gase delivered and distributer not gave receipt &he demanded rs.700.00 for this.but actual price of cylinder is 682.5
