    I am fed up of the excuses given by the Service Centre (pearl Honda, Gurgaon)!
    I want to report this incident where on 6th June 2015, I am the third owner of this car and my car no. is UP 78 bh0531.I gave my car in service Centre for repairing purpose as it was damaged badly due to an accident. Before making a handover I checked with Mr. Rakesh (Manager) & Rajesh Sharma to tell me the estimate, but he answered that he would able to tell after getting confirmation from Honda. Had made so many calls, but it was same excuse I used to get… I was worried as there was no answer from their side and my car seemed missing, I called up @121 and registered a complaint against them. After so many chases he finally replied on 1 July, 2015 that my Car is now repaired and I have to submit 1 Lac rupees as the insurance company will be paying 90,000 which means the Car repaired @ 1,90,000/- . Now my question is why I was not given any approx. Budget as I was asking and checking with them on a daily basis, then why it was not told to me? When I asked them without my confirmation how you can repair my car that stated that they will talk at Honda and get it reimbursed… as usual again, they stopped responding… and I have made so many complains on 121 but no result till now!

    I have bought Honda amaze diesel s model, engine no N15A12041256, and CHASIS NO MAKDF255AEN024083 on 26.02.2014, in name of retd ex Capt. Chandra Mohan lamba 24 new raja ki mandi. Agra [up].
    This is to bring in to your kind notice that from the day one we were facing issues with dash board rattling noise & roof light switch, when you turn on the switch sometimes light goes on and sometimes it does not go on, so every time you have to adjust the switch for making the light on for which we had complained to heritage Honda, Agra during our visit, that time car had done 957 km and ser-inv-dd035-1314-8797 was raised.
    Date 12/03/2014, ro no ser-ro-dd035-1314-9623. Dash board issue was solved and roof light issue remains same as new replacement light was not available with them????
    After first service our car was having issues with engine rattling noise which was odd and seat belt lock which was not working, seat belt lock replaced but noise issue not resolved???? .I went with the same complaint to heritage Honda, Agra and interacted with Mr. pravendra who was the concerned manager handling my case, at that time the car had done almost 4147 odd kms, Invoice no – ser-inv-dd035-1415-656 dated 21.04.2014 or no ser-ro-dd035-1415-732 was raised .
    Car again goes after 45 days for same issues on engine rattling noise and overall vibration specially when the engine use to stop, all body use to vibrate .all checked and we were told that this is normal with all amaze diesel cars nothing unusual is there, only the front left door was adjusted, ser –inv-dd035-1415-3181 dated 15.06.2014 was raised .
    Then again car goes for roof light problem and left pulling car had done 16414 kms, only alignments was done bur nothing happened to roof light thing ser-inv-dd035-1415-9216 dated 03.011.2014, was raised .
    Then again we feel that due to this left pulling problem our tyres are getting eaten, then our car goes for check up again SER-INV-DD035-1415-10013 dated 21.11.2014 was raised, they tried rotating tyres checked some suspension part also but nothing was sorted by then .only wheel alignments was done plain and simple .
    Then again car goes for left pulling and tyre getting eaten SER-INV-DD035-1415-10716 DATED 06.12.2014, was raised only first two tyres were replaced for observation but issue was not found neither rectified by then our tyres had almost gone plain 70 % rubber had gone in 18339 kms for a car from HONDA .our car use to shake because of tyre defect which was actually happening due to some suspension problem which was not found by the heritage Honda service team.

    Finally we were bugged by going to heritage Honda and got all our 4 tyres replaced from mrf branded shop and got the alignments done, but a again after some 5000 kms same issue of pulling and tyre eating started to happen & car started to shake, there was something which was creating a defect in new tyres as well .
    Last when I was interacting with Mr. pravendra he tells me that your front shockers will be replaced right now the stock availability of shockers are not there in company, whenever the stock comes we will inform you and will replace the same in warranty .
    After almost a month I called up Mr. Pravendra he told me that you can send your car for shocker replacement under warranty, shockers have come. I told him that we need to get the car service also done so fix up an appointment for service and shocker replacement under warranty.
    My driver goes at 10 in morning as told by heritage Honda advisor, date 22.05.2015, shocked to hear that only paid service was done and nothing else happened till 4.30 pm, then I called up and Mr. pravendra did not respond at all, then I called up landline nos and interacted with service advisor, they told me that they are just checking on shocker thing & one more complaint of driver seat shaking as if bolt are loose which was mentioned in paid service job card, nothing was done except paid service I called and asked they told me sorry and asked me to drop the car for one more day to check and fix the seat issues, no answer given o shocker replacement, Mr. pravendra also not bothered to satisfy his customer who is in touch with me from day one knows me personally by name, buying a HONDA CAR is a crime I feel as you have to follow up so much with local dealer .
    We are an old car lover we have maintained diesel ford fiesta which we still drive & Toyota innova which we are driving and are really impressed with their service standards and quality product and now we bought HONDA AMAZE DIESEL first ever car of HONDA BRAND which is almost 17mths old. Sedan from HONDA, I am sure is to be driven in city like, Agra which has a decent road to drive, but I am shocked to experience the quality of HONDA CARS.
    I fail to understand that a company like HONDA is using such inferior genuine accessories which can start giving complaints from day one for example, ROOF LIGHT, SEAT BELT LOCK, DASH BOARD, and SUSPENSION & not to mention the poor services by your authorized service centre HERITAGE HONDA. We praise HONDA for its quality and genuine accessories but in our case it has totally proven wrong, why would a customer buy HONDA CAR model when all the genuine accessories are coming of such inferior quality and over all car built is of such poor quality.
    When a ex army personnel is facing such issues with services of Honda car, what will happen to a normal civilian, in our country all the defense personals are given special privileges in whole lot of things, but I am sorry to say that HONDA as a automobile company has drastically failed to handle such issues .
    Why can’t there be a system where companies Honda can track why so many service job cards are opened in such a small period, what is the issue which is not sorted out??, there is so much cut throat competition in automobile companies these days with all the world’s best models are available in country offering their best services a Japanese car brand HONDA is losing on trust and faith in customer at what price, I don’t know ??.

    I would request you to look in the matter seriously and assign manager in your dealership at Agra, heritage Honda should look in to the matter and get our all pending unresolved issues sorted out, I would request someone from Honda company should handle the case as heritage Honda service staff seems very casual in terms of customer complaint is concerned..

    My car Honda CRV went for regular servicing on 16 feb 2015 to Ring road – authorised Honda service centre, Gurgaon, harayana, India .
    I was asked to be kept the car overnight due to unavailability of some parts, that would be fixed the next day.
    On returing our car our two God idols coated with 22k gold with precious stone and american diamonds were stolen from the car. This was bought to the notice before the car left the workshop and ghost marks from the scrapped idols were shown.
    A complaint was made with Ajay Yadav our Cordinator and Tapesh the desk Incharge who reassured a close follow up and return of the missing items .
    On continuous follow up from our side they could not produce CCTV recordings / identify the accused . We were latter asked to saught out the issue internally and be compensated by the manager Mr Mayank to the Present value of the stolen items, to be adjusted in next service .
    The approx value of these products purchased approx 5 year back was 25,000rs.
    Now that our car is due for service, ie August 2015 everyone seems to be ignoring our calls, wants reciept of the originally purchased idols and written documentation for compensation mentioned before .
    Is this is the standard of authorised Honda service centre ? where externally they can openly steal and get away with it . I wonder how any one can trust what happens to all the parts inside the car, which a lay man doesn’t even know about .
    Even if they compensate the stolen value in terms of service – who is to ensure the quality ?
    What is the point of having cars from a good brand like HONDA when we can not maintain the cars in India due to service centres like this which charge three times the cost for servicing than a local dealer and don’t provide value for money .
    I think this service centre license should be cancelled / questioned in view of such ignorance, negligence and careless attitude . I also want this email to be be acknowledge by the highest of authority in India and to the Main heads in Japan to make them realise how this centre is abusing their brand name .

    The purchase
    I researched a lot about the All new Honda City and compared it to its competitors in the segment (primarily to Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Vento, Sunny Nissan, Skoda Rapid and Maruti Ciaz). Going by the reviews of the car, it was the best choice available in the market and I had always been a Honda admirer (was always impressed by the brand value and reviews of customers who owned a Honda earlier). So I decided to get the all new Honda City Diesel for myself.
    I bought the All new Honda City Diesel (V) model with a lot of excitement. I was shifting to Honda City Diesel from Swift Vxi Petrol. The fact that I was shifting to a Honda and also to my first diesel car kept me excited for a couple of days. Albeit, now I think I should have stuck to Maruti and bought a Ciaz or a Verna for that sake.

    My experience at just 700 kms
    My expectations came in for a complete surprise to myself after the purchase of the the All new Honda City Diesel.
    The car is in the service center as I am writing this review. A brand new car which has still not got its permanent registration number is in the service station for 2-3 days. The car is just at 705 kms right now. The clutch of the car was vibrating strongly and making a strange noise when pressed, especially while transmitting to the first and the second gears. To put it more relevantly: the feeling of driving the all new Honda city at that point was like driving an old Tata Indica and this is exactly what I told the Crown Honda Noida Service Staff and Manager.
    After Sales Service Experience
    When I took the car to the sales cum service station at Corwn Honda Noida the first question they asked me was “did you drive the car through water?”. I was utterly surprised. “Are some relevant parts of the assembly made of cardboard” was my first question to them. What am I supposed to do in the monsoons? Keep my car at home? I may also have to construct lifted-up platform for parking the car so that the poor delicate creature does not get hurt in the rains (lol).
    Well after that said, I was told to wait for the inspection of the car which would be done after the rest of the cars in the que were serviced. Thankfully my sales guy came to my rescue. He was extremely helpful and put me through to the service manager who was able to understand my concerns. He asked the service staff to move my car ahead in the que and present an analysis report ASAP. I had reached service station at around 10:30 AM on Sunday and the report came to me around 12:30 PM. I was told that the most possible cause of the problem could be that something had gone wrong with some gear bearings or something. The gear box etc. would have to be dismantled in order to find the exact issue. Wow, a brand new 12 Lac car being talked about dismantling at 700 kms.. what a painful feeling that is. It is very hard to put that through in words. Though I am not the guy who loves machines a lot, but it leaves me wondering about how much faith I will have knowing that I am travelling in a car that had its gearbox dismantled at 700 kms.

    Corporate Honda enjoys weekend when customers suffer
    Well, after all this annoying stuff and two cups of coffee, the service manager came to me and told me that a new car’s gear box and other stuff could not be dismantled without a permission on email from Honda Tech Line / Honda’s corporate office, and they were off as it was a Sunday. I am not saying that Honda guys should not be availing weekends, but a consumer facing enterprise like Honda should have a backup for critical approvals or other workflows on weekends. I asked them to please call someone and try to escalate the issue. I was not there for a regular service. I was there with a grievance against a brand new Honda City Diesel car. There was absolutely nothing that they could do about that and I stood there for some time, staring at my Honda City while new car deliveries were happening adjacent to it. My driver was about to go and tell the new Honda customers that it is a pathetic car to take home, but when he heard me calling the Honda Support at 1800 11 3121 he thought that there was still some hope.

    The guy at the other end communicated well and understood my concern. The guy was good, but the process and support structured by Honda is absolutely pathetic. I specifically told the guy that I am very pissed off right now and would like to have a resolution within an hour. I wanted to know if Crown Honda Noida could get an approval from Corporate Honda so that they could work on my car. I specifically told the guy that I will be waiting at Crown Honda Noida for another hour and a half expecting someone to call me with a solution. The guy told me that the normal call back time was 24 hours, but he is putting in his comments for an immediate call back and would be trying to escalate this to get a quicker resolution. Again, though the guy was good, I had an immediate feeling that I was not going to get the call any time soon. The consumer facing mega corporate Honda, that claims and boasts of consumer friendliness was blissfully enjoying their Sunday when a NEW customer was somehow trying to get hold of someone who could get his NEW city REPAIRED. Wow !! Kudos Honda .. Kudos.
    I and my driver finally left Crown Honda Noida sales / service station at 2:00 PM, walking towards the NH -24 so that we could take an Auto back home. It was drizzling a bit and I was smiling at my mistake of going for a Honda while crossing over to the other side of the highway. It was a good walk though!!
    My Advice to New/ Prospective Honda City Diesel Customers
    Don’t buy this car for the brand value. It is no more the same.
    Don’t drive it through waters (lol) Keep it safely parked somewhere in the monsoons. If possible get it an umbrella like the one they show for a house in some paint’s ad.
    If you have a problem with your NEW car, don’t visit the service station on a Sunday. In fact you should go ahead, call the service station and ask them if Corporate Honda is working on the day you intend to visit the service station. Only go for the service if corporate Honda is working. Your NEW car may need an approval for being dismantled. I seriously hope you don’t face similar problems with your car. It’s heartening.
    If you live in an area that doesn’t see any rains, if you have another car at your disposal and can do without your new car for a couple of days, if you can live with the concern about why your new car’s clutch is vibrating vigorously and why you are getting strange noises from under the hood, if you don’t have friends who have bought the Verna or the Ciaz (or any such car) and could make fun of your choice, if you surprisingly do not have neighbors who would come to you concerned (pun intended) and ask you, hey where is your new car? Then the all new Honda City is the car to go for.
    Honda has seriously spoiled my new car experience.


    This is regarding Purchase of Honda Brio VXAT Car from the authorized Honda showroom by the Name of dealer Emerald Honda situated at Ahmedabad Gujrat. The dealer is an authorized Canteen Stores Depot dealer. The car was purchased and paid fully by army officer veteran Col. (Retd) Harish Tuteja. The said car was transported through canter to Gurgaon where it was unloaded and driven by a trained driver to us. The car has barely been driven for 140 odd kms and the driver complained that a peculiar sound was coming out of engine. The same was reported telephonically to Emerald Honda sales consultant named Mr. Jignesh Nayak. He asked us to send the vehicle back from Gurgaon to Ahmedabad and that a new one will be delivered to us in Gurgaon. However, once the car was checked, Mr. Nayak informed us that the vehicle was hard driven by that driver, causing the damage.
    It is requested here to elaborate what is meant by “hard driven”? It implies Honda Company has not performed a trial on the vehicle. We requested Honda technical inspection report copy from Emerald Honda, which he has not sent till date. It amounts to the point that there has been no technical check done by the support team. We were also informed that vehicle gearbox is not under company warranty. If engine/gear box, in spite of being the heart of the vehicle, is not under warranty, then please explain clearly what is covered under warranty and why was it incorrectly advertised by the company. Honda is a reputed company and we admire their efforts to manufacture such a vehicle but a permanent damage to engine/gear box after running for hardly 140 kms by a professional driver is bizarre and clearly raises a question mark on the quality of the car. Is such a permanent damage even possible In the first place?
    Emerald Honda is repeatedly avoiding answering/responding to any of our mails and is not ready to share the inspection report as well. This clearly implies this is intentional denial of the entire matter. We already registered a complaint with Honda Customer Care No 01139898918 with Mr. Manpreet dated 28/07/2015, commutation ID is 1-3105843117. The matter was also discussed with Honda 121 Customer care Mr. Manish who told us that he will revert back within 24 hours but there has been no response. You are kindly requested to look into the matter as it involves a Veteran retired Indian army officer. Otherwise we are being forced to bring this matter to the concerned MP’s (Member of Parliament) attention to get this to resolution.

    I had bought Honda city car from Hans Honda Varanasi. This is to inform you that my Honda city car got hit from right side by  an Auto rickshaw. Both doors need denting and painting. Further to prevent the hit I turned my car to left due which left side of bumper collided with silencer of motorcycle. When I came to Hans Honda for the same where I was told by one of the  staff dealing with body shape that you will get it repaired in 4 days. I agreed to  that immediately, but after sometime another staff named Deepak told me that we can’t  give it before 15 days due to overload of work.  I requested him a lot to give little early as I am having one car to go to medical college in rainy season. Further, he told me that he will  have to order for one door which will take 15 days  to dispatch which I came to know has already reached in 5 days. He had also promised me that he will inform me 1 day before of dispatch so that I can give my car for claim settlement which will save my time.  I have also taken insurance from Hans honda for which I had to pay 1500-2000 Rs extra  ( compared to  other agencies outside Hans Honda) for as explained additional benefit of fast servicing and claims settlement for which I agreed. But I  recently I came to know that the parts have come already in 5 days  and I was not informed. I came to know this while I was complaining to his senior Ashok. I request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest as it is very difficult for me to use car in this state.

    I would also like to inform you that there is no co ordination among your staff. My delivery date was 17th August and I was told that they will try to give on 14th by Ashok ji. But deepak told me your work will start on 17th which surprised me a lot. 

    I want my car to be repaired as early as possible. I also want to bring to your notice that I am coming regularly for following the progress.

    I have just bought a new Honda Jazz no PDI(pre delivery inspection) was just not done and i was given car delivery with no AC working. I bought car from ALpha honda Belgaum karnataka. Then again after 2 days i realized horn is not working, so car went for servicing now thrice i have given complain about horn not working still not rectified. New problem since yesterday al doors dicky/ boot all looked still indication shows door open. These problems are coming up because at Alpha honda Belgaum they are not bothered about PDI and they just want to sell the car to the customer, customer satisfaction is secondary to them. Sales people have very less idea about the technicalities of the car and they are the people who have been employed at Alpha honda Belgaum Karnataka. Honda Jazz such beautiful car in all aspects but making a poor sure because of poor customer service at ALpha honda Belgaum Karnataka. Can some high authority take/make a note of this, or by word of mouth people may ot want to buy honda jazz second people in belgaum may not want to take their car for servicing at ALpha honda belgaum service station/showroom.

    i brought the honda amaze on28/06/2015 and i m very dissatisy with your compnay, at the time of selling they assured me for pick & drop the car while servicing but at the time of receiving the car demanding Rs. 200/- for the same one another thing is that if i will go out side for my car servicing then warrenty will be automatic terminated so give me a justification for that y your sales person hide the truth from customer within one month i got very bad experience from your company i really wonder that how can u become a big brand in market.

    Yesterday I was on my way to my Office in my Honda city VX MT (Bought in Feb 2015). Sun Roof glass exploded all of a sudden in the middle of road. Thankfully because of a highway, there wasn’t any other vehicle nearby. Else I might had met with a serious road accident. I was fortunate that the inner shutter was closed else it could have resulted in big accident. I immediately took my car to your dealer in Sonipat(Legacy Honda) who in turn sent the pictures for further evaluation to Honda . They also told me that there is no sign any object hit event .

    It is extremely serious wherein I could have got hurt because of faulty glass. Customer care is not ready to accept the flaw with the glass(Communication ID number 1-3110288512). It’s a serious compliance issue which needs to be taken care by Quality check team from Honda.

    It is surprising to know that customer service team was unaware of similar accidents in the past with your other users

    Although without providing any technical evaluation report Honda denied to accept any compliance Issue and refused to change the sunroof glass under warranty, leading to mental harassment to me .
    I have approached for Insaurance claim for the same as I couldn’t find any other solution for this .
    As per my knowledge the process has been raised on August 4,2015 under Insaurance claim, I am surprised that till now the part has not being changed leading to which I have not been able to use my vehicle on most of the occasion which effect my work giving me mental and physical harassment.
    Despite of repeated telephonic communications and requesting on Honda Care still the problem remains the same.
    I was not expecting this kind of outcome from Honda.
    I wish to know the reason of delay .

    I have purchase Honda Amaze from Rishabh Honda nagpur in sept 2014..
    I have seen that the spare parts which r used for the vehicle manufacturer other than Honda is hopeless..
    I am the personal user and not using it for any commercial or taxi purpose…
    My vehicle just runed 20000 kms.Three of the four tires got punctured.I need to change my Jack as its threads were not proper..The battery was not proper so I need to change it.. wipers are also changed..None of the above item was covered under guarantee..For everything we need to make payments..It’s not so with other Car companies..Pl look into the matter or you will loose the Honda customers…

    I am Rokib from Bangladesh, I know so far Honda is one of the best car in Asia. But our bangladeshi people are not interested to purchase it. Every people’s complain is Honda spears parts is not available and spares parts value is to much high that’s why, people are not interested to buy it. But our country people are interested to buy Toyota car because, their spears parts are available and reasonable price. Whereas, our maximum people’s are middle class that’s why, they are interested to buy Toyota.

    I humbly request to you (HONDA COMPANY) Please see this matter. This is very important issue. If we get spears parts available and price is reasonable so, all people will

    I purchased newhonda mobilio last month from lally motors ludhiana.i am surprised to drive the car the car allienment is not right on the car roof,handles,back side are touched with paint.The dealer is not take this matter seriously.pls look into the matter as early as possible

    I purchased Honda neo bike at 31/08/2014, every servising and every term & Condition are maintain carefully such as purchasing Honda Mobil and apply.
    But I continue face engeen sound problem and said service center that on R.K Honda, Midnapore,West Bengal but not solved that. And servicing is very poor and rude bhehave.kindly define that matter.

    Dear mam/ sir,

    This is to bring in your kind notice that my vehicle – Honda city DL3 C CG 1505 in the name of Mr Kuldeep Kalra,was submitted in Courtesy Honda, Wazirpur, Delhi on 18th July 2017. I was promised the delivery of my car within ten days and like always today is the 14th day and the car is not ready.
    The reason why I have to write this mail is that Every time I have submitted my car, I have faced this same issue- delivery has never been on time and surprisingly the reason for delay is also same- DELAYED REPLY FROM THE SURVEYOR. On 20th July my surveyor had approved my request so this is just not acceptable. Mam Honda is a big name and such incidences ruin the reputation and I’m not the first one to complain. Your web page is full of negative comments but there seem to be no action happening. Is this how a customer is treated. Car is a every day necessity and we can’t afford leaving it in service centre for weeks.The staff is highly unprofessional and untrained, only knows how to pass the buck with blames and make excuses.
    Kindly do the needful as I’m really annoyed with this repeatedly happening episodes. A road side mechanic is a much better way to move ahead I believe.

    Hoping for some minimum action from your side at least.
