    Ref. order no:972027057, invoice date No: GLOB/15-16/16319 Dt. 24-6-2015 under which I have received hamper of Globalite Shoes with accessories-UK9 (33007553/T01May2015-GWSUK9) unde rcash on delivery of Rs. 1068/-. The details of this amount, is Cost of product Rs. 999/- + shipping charges 69/- .After the receipt of the product I found that one pair (green colour shoe), is not fit to my size of “9” which I demanded while ordering on 23/6/2015.After so many calls at phone no: 01206189818 H.S.18 has agreed to send Partial Replacement & SMS mentioning to this has been received by me on 29/6/2015 at 17:25 hrs under ref. 972319641 with the remarks that expected time of delivery shall be 4 working days. Till date nothing has happened to this order and after contacting They are giving some excuses which clearly indicates that H.S.18 is not willing to make necessary replacement.

    Kindly look into the matter sympathetically and resolve the matter at an earliest.

    I had purchased a singer multi stitch sewing machine from homeshop 18 on 16 july 2015, as i received the product after few days when the techqnichian came for its demo, itwas not working properly and was making loud sounds .
    He told as the product was new that is why these sounds are coming . afterwards when I used the machine same problem occured.
    I made the complain aginst the problem arising, and after some days techqnichian came, and told that all internal parts were broken and it had to be replaced .
    Now its been 5 months since I had complained, and yet no action is taken eithewr to replace or repair the product . So, i request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible, or now I have to go to consumer court against this matter .
