    I will never order from Food Panda From Now.

    The process you r talking about is really worst.. My complait is that -I have ordered food, and paid online but the order was rejected by the restaurant and my money has not been refunded yet.. My order no. Was ‘ t5qx-t8hh’ on 5 july.. I want my money back at the earliest otherwise i am going to go at consumer court to complaint against you..

    Today morning i have placed two orders with you guys where money has been debited from my account
    got the conformation message from Foodpanda as well as from Bank too.

    Such a pathetic service you guys give no body has contacted me regarding the order, Either got delivery .But the end of the day i have money has been debited with no service .

    Being customer never expected this sort of service from any company .I need to escalate it to further .

    I HAVE WAITED FOR 2 HOURS AND HAVE TO SLEEP WITH OUT FOOD

    Resolution what looking for :

    1.When I will receive my money back which paid to you guys .

    2.what is next level of escalation .

    3.I need Managing director email address.

    Worst customer service ever. I ordered food, called the vendor 1 hour later I was told that my order is not even placed. Food panda cannot survive in Indian market if they continue this kind of service.

    Such a WORST service which have seen,

    do not west your money, time, energy

    we place an order about 1PM, got confirmation mail, but up to 3 hours we couldn’t get,

    we had been to restaurant guys, saying that your order not received.

    what has to do?

    My balance got deduct of rs 230 but I didn’t receive confirmation order. It’s a cheat I want my balance back. I call to customercare but they are not picking up the call. I send mail also to foodpanda but I didn’t receive any reply

And on the top of it customer care executive are clueless about everything? I kindly request you to refund my money along with compensation

    u first stop providing service through ur app and also u better stop cheating customers. M mentioning it seriously this is not a right platform to play with us n ur bad service, worst customer care service will not be good for ur business .I suggest all food panda users not to move anymore . This ppl don’t ve any social responsibility at all… they are just money maker !!
    yesterday I ve ordered in ammis Biryani at chennai mylap ore but unfortunately I didn’t get order msg from panda and my money got debited . Even though I checked with restaurant they said they ve not got any order from u .
    and most irritating is u ppl does not respond to customers immediately. whatever its I need my money back .or else I ll file d case under consumer protection act..shame on ur bloody service .no 7358001835

    Food panda is fake company promoted by Some fake guy .the restaurant owner is not taking calls for food ordered and food panda as all number are for outbound call centre and they do not have any customer care for people who have ordered food .These people take money in advance alluring people by giving discounts and left them on mercy of restaurants or delivery boys .pathetic company
