    Dear sir,
    This is inform to you that dated 04/01/2016 at 7:0-8:20pm i was travling from kaalkaaji mandir to Netaji subhash palace on kaalkaji mandir station i purchage two token from kaalkaaji to (NSP) but when i give 50rs then your ticket staff said i dont have change when i was give 1rs change then she return 5rs coin and after that i cant exit from Netaji subhash palace metro station becouse my token show there are insuficiant balance in token then i was contact to costomer care in metro Station but he said what can we do its ur problem and ur token have 7rs short and you have to pay for this then i said why i was pay for this because i allready pay for this and why i pay second time and extra amount he said i dont know its your problem you not cheked your token amount then i said sorry because i dont know about token cheak not what can i do and give me Complaint book i want Complaint for this then he said i dont know and first you meet to my senior and then you can Complaint for this. i was go with your with your another metro staff and meet with senior staff in a room firstly he said its your mistake we cant nothing to do for this. i said please give me Complaint book i want to do a Complaint for this and i cant pay extra because i allready pay full amount and its your staff mistake and pease take action he said I can’t take action you can go back Kalkajee mandir station and do complaint. I third time asked for complaint book he said you are Fraud and give me a proof that you are Hindustani and what are you doing in delhi I said I’m student of delhi university he said I wanna proof and he was misbehaving with me and when I was shoot a video of his misbehavior he try to forcedly grab my phone and your another metro staff also then I was run away outside of room and then a metro police staff came and he called a Lady metro staff pinki Kumasi they people lessont all incident and said don’t do any thing in front of public and come with us in senior staff of metro’s cabin I refused and said I wanna complaint book they people said there are no complaint book if you wanna complaint you have to come in senior staff cabin when I was with them in front of them peoples your senior staff again misbehave with me and he ordered to metro staff that they forcedly grab my phone and that time third I was run outside and all peoples torcherd me and said your senior staff said if you not deleted my video then I handover you to delhi police and he stopped me in metro station one and half hours and no one people helped me and at last I forcedly run outside of metro station even I asked the number of metro helpline but said staff refused and said you have no permission to call and I pay 7rs extra but they don’t give back my token and said you don’t gave token. I have video of this incident I want action for this as soon as possible.

    Today morning I was coming from Rohini west To Chandni Chowk Metro Station. I reached at Chandni Chowk Metro Station at 1015 hrs. I saw that escalator of Gate no. 3 is not working, for the same I ring up to customer care no. 8800793130 for lodging the complaint, but customer care center official give me a vulgar reason of this. He was talking is abusively and on mobile itself he was shouting stating that I am not sitting here to listen your any complaint. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Sir for your information I have already lodged a complaint against not working of escalator. I hope you will take it in serious way and resolve the issue.

    Today morning I was coming from Rohini west To Chandni Chowk Metro Station. I reached at Chandni Chowk Metro Station at 1015 hrs. I saw that escalator of Gate no. 3 is not working, for the same I ring up to customer care no. 8800793130 for lodging the complaint, but customer care center official give me a vulgar reason of this. He was talking is abusively and on mobile itself he was shouting stating that I am not sitting here to listen your any complaint. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Sir for your information I have already lodged a complaint against not working of escalator. I hope you will take it in serious way and resolve the issue.
