    I travel through metro a lot, but I am sorry to say services on badarpur metro line is really poor. During night timing it stayed at sarita vihar metro station for more than half hour just to change their duty.

    Dear Team

    I am Preeti. Last month on 28th of June.2015 I was with my husband on Rithala metro station. There are two two scanners and that day one of scanner was not working as usual that’s why I had to put my bag in the another scanner. it was bit far from ladies queue. When I passed my security check and reached at scanner, my bag was not there. In a short while I lost my bag and everything.
    In my bag I had my jewellery, cash around 5000,ATM, Mobile and other valuable things. I was returning from my mother’s home to in-laws home.
    Immediately I went to security they did not take any action. Despite of taking action they start arguing me that you should care your belongings. I am eight months pregnant, after hot discussion they told me security camras are out of order.
    They were not able to help and running cameras had not clear vision. My Delhi Metro FIR no. is 108.
    I am ashamed of Delhi Metro Security.

    metro mein day by bay bheed badti jaa rhi bai is par dmrc ka kya plain hai..
    mandi house se badarpur wale route pe bht bheed hoti hai kuch rasta nikale iska..

    ON dwarka to noida route, space under metro track comes under metro corp.Space under metro pillar from pusa road to east patel nagar is becoming home for illegal occupants, From last 15 days they increase in numbers, also they bring cots and other belongings to park, area maintained by metro,They are damaging the pilars side and flowers bed.Please look into this matter,OR <in the long run you have to give them land and other benefit for your careless behaviour

      and things are changing now, let me see, I suggest you to send your email and follow regularly with them.
      Dear Mr Kejriwal

      I am a Senior Citizen and watching the poor condition of roads specially new problem created by converting the metro corridor CP- Dwarka Corridor Pillar number 285-600 into another slum section. All agencies have turned the blind eye on these developments.
      Things are going from bad to worse in our area.

      1) Metal barricades are damaged or missing
      2) Wild plant growth at various places, with shrubs, which is dangerous while driving specially on Rajouri garden section.
      3) Rag pickers have erected make shift tents and stacking colony refuse on this corridor specially Pillar no 376 and 465
      4) Malba has been dumped at many places on this corrodor

      Its likely if this problem is not taken care in time it will be difficult to remove this ugly Face of Delhi, when many Foreignere are visiting Delhi and point us poor services managed by the Delhi Govt.

      I have registered 2 complaints with PWD Delhi under ID 49423 and 49424, Hope same will be addressed properly instead of eye wash .

      Kindly pay more attention to this section & convert the corridor into green plants in coordination with Delhi Metro, who should be equal responsible to maintain their pillars properly .

    Metro is too delay in night basically in time span 9:30pm to 11 pm. It take 30-45 mnt from okhla to badarpur metro.

    Pathetic Metro Service.. Today, Aug 07, 2015; I went at Shahdara Metro station to board but Metro securities did not allow anybody to enter metro premises… Upon asking for so many times, they allowed 2-3 people to visit customer care counter. Customer care counter informed us that metro links and signals are down due to which metro is shut…. Is this the way… No times conveyed that wen metro will work.. Vague answers…

    I have been parking my two wheeler bike in delhi badarpur metro parking from past two weeks.I have locked my helmet in helmet lock and left my bike in parking.

    In the evening the helmet is not there in the lock.Someone has stolen my helmet.

    Here the main problem is he lack of attention of metro parking staff.I am sure this activity has done my parking staff people.since after parking we have to ask for slip by mentioning bike no. also they are not keeping a watch on the the stuff of bike like have they locked the belongings.

    The main entrance at Mundka Metro station car parking is having a very deep KHADDA and there is every chance that any car will touch the ground. It can be a accident particularly when this KHADDA is over filed with water. The car parking person were asked to put some bricks/rori etc. They answered that complaint may be lodged so that Metro can repair this.

    Dear sir,

    In expectation of positive reply I am writing this, it’s been a long time I am travelling from Dwarka to Akshardham and unfortunately I am very disappointed the kind of service which metro is giving. The problem is about the return journey which people are doing from Dwarka more to Dwarka to travel towards Rajeev Chowk. I have already spoken to your complaint number 011155370 regarding this issue but no satisfactory answer, they gave me the station controller no but the type of conversation I had with him was really pethatic. He has no job responsibility even laughing on this issue. My complaint number is 1407150004 which was registered on 14th July 2015 . Kindly look into the issue. Thanks.

    i m travelling in metro from a long time but i m ashamed of saying this that the girls employees at platform are not so active as they are not doing their job properly some are talking on their mobile phones and some are teenagers who are not able to handle public standing at platform . I think please if they are not eligible for this job you should hier strict male employees for this job …. and the metro services are very pethatic …..please do something dont make a metro a local train ….

    I daily board the metro from JLN stadium to Saket.Firstly at JLN stadium I have never experienced AC working in last one year.Secondly, at the central secretariat station, in train with destination to huda city center the ladies coach is half filled with gents passengers (7:00 am). many of them do obscene activities and stare at ladies. When they are asked to move to men’s coach, they laugh out and don’t move. There is no lady constable or any other constable at cs during morning hours. We are facing lots of problems. I request Dmrc to resolve this asap.

    I am thankful to DMRC who changed the life of Delhities but I am ashmed when I see the bad Q systems at Rajiv Chowk/Laxami Nagar/Vaishali Stations. Though, the people are also responsible for not maintaining the Q system.So it is requested to kindly make the disciplined systems for the convienances to all travellers.

    Dear Sir,

    I am travelling in DMRC from last more than 10 years.As a true citizen it is our duty to give our feedback if we saw something wrong in our country thatswhy to day I give some suggestions related to DMRC.
    My suggetion is please start only 8 coach metro at Yellow line and shift all remaining 6 coach metro in red line.So that passenger feels that they are travel in metro not in malgadi.For cost effective do not write off 4 coach metro you can shift these metro also in new lines which was small as compare to these lines.

    If you think what i am talking is not practicle then you are requested to please travel in metro either in morning or evening and interchange at rajiv chowk or Kashmeri Gate then you can easily understand the above suggetions and implement it with immediate effect.

    Further in yellow line interchange point at Kashmeri gate Air conditioner is not working from last atleast 2 months in the morning time.If possible please resolve this problem also.

    dwarka sec 21 se chalne wali metro ki timeing 10 to 15 minut k bech mein jis kaaran subah office aane jane mein dikkat hoti hain ye problem 5 -6 din se ho rahi hain. kirpya pahle jaise sewa dene ka kasht kare.

    I would like to draw your attention towards the problem that is generally faced during the peak office hours. You can find people sitting on the floor of the metro train, specially where the two coaches join. During peak hours where there isn’t enough space even to stand in the metro, such people make it more difficult and congested for others by sitting on the floor. Moreover, they start misbehaving when you ask them to get up.
    I would be very thankful if you could take some possible strict measures in order to resolve this problem.
