    I have re-charged for Airtel DTH for Rs. 260/- on 05/04/2015 at 09:38 Hrs. vide Trans. ID No. IG00VGYBE2. But so far the amount has not been included in my balance of re-charge for AirtelDTH, Customer ID /RTN 3013610144.

    I have phoned twice to the Customer care and complaint has been lodged on 07/04/15.

    You are requested to kindly look into the matter immediately, otherwise I will approach the Consumer forum and the consequences there upon will be yours.

    I had several queries regarding bill details that’s why i called on 121 (customer care).
    then after a short while i got a call from one of your Airtel executive (billing department) on 23rd April afternoon She was a female named Anju, i told him my problems regrading wrong bill made by you (Airtel).She promised me to give me waiver of Rs1500 if i will pay remaining bill by 23rd evening .
    And when i asked her for some surity then she texted me from a number +91 7042277239 .

    I have attached a screen shot of her message, please have a look on that.

    I am very disappointed by such a false statement from your Airtel executive. and it’s not for the first time.

    I” ll not pay that Rs1500 . because you Airtel guys are big liars. You people don’t understand your Airtel users problems .
    I”ll file case against you in consumer court because you people don’t have professionalism in you, and you are wasting time of us.

    I paid for a one year subscription two weeks ago on 24th of April. I have not received any kind of a welcome letter nor has Airtel called to set up the connection. I am tired of staying on hold with the Airtel customer care for 2 hours everyday trying to get it installed to no avail. I have even contacted the local dealer who says he is not his responsibility since I did not pay him and I paid Airtel directly.
    I am vexed.. I am tired. I neither have the time nor the patience to continue anymore.. Please refund my money immediately. I will never return to Airtel again in my life

    The Airtel DTH services is very bad in handling complaints.
    the calls to customer care gets cut repetitively and everytime you rering it up you have to keep listening to same story and after getting connected to the executive you have to again go thru the process of identification. before things are clarified the lines get cut.
    I had to waste one hour today and still not clear what is happening.
    why cant you rectify this?

    I am using AIRTEL DTH for last 2 yrs ideal amount rs 15/- detected from my balance this us not informed to me and after I know the custmor care called up the details told me . this is cheating the custmor any other service provider not collect hidden charge for delay recharge but airtel only collected the amount 15 rupees is not main thing but how many custmor 15 × more than lakh cusrmor delay recharge how many amount collected by airtel dth company . this is not a right thing pls take a necessary action for this hidden charges . otherwise we need not recharge my AIRTEL DTH this is your kind information . my I’d 3010962259 .pls given a valid reason for ideal activate connection and this is not a correct way. I spend rental amount Rs 175 for 1 month am notable to recharge next month same day I recharge for expairy 1 or 2 days later but how you collect the activate amount by us. This is not a loan . this is my rights if not reply by me and solve the problem I will go to consumer court and I collect the custmor care speech in records in hand .

    – Super visor “SHALINI” SAYS YOU NEED YOUR ISSUE FIXED, DO LIKE WE SAY.
    IF NOT ITS YOUR WISH.
    – 15/- Deducted every month, without informing. Cheating customers with hidden charges.
    – Customer service rep will never reveal there name if they know that the call is going bad.
    – Customer service rep will not listen to US. We are customers and we are there slaves and we need to listen to them. They will not let you speak.
    – I feel to switch to local Cable TV Network, at least at the end of the month they come to collect the payment and they fix it so that they get the money at the end of the month.

    Worst customer care team.especially – chetan (executive) RAKESH (sent.executive).

    I am using airtel DTH connection with stb no. 30603038776 & card I’d – 000353593361. I have recharged in the morning if rs. 340 after disconnection of my service. I waited for 20 minutes to resume my service .but it didn’t. Then I called to DTH service center. One of the lady asked me to wait another 20 minutes. Again I wait for half an hour. Then I called again .on that call one of your executive asked me abt these things card no. Stb no. My Id . then he told me that this connection doesn’t belongs to me. He raised a complaint and provide me the time limit of till 4:21 pm. I called again at 4:30 as my services didn’t resume. Then I had a word with Mr. Neeraj. I ask him to transferred the call to senior. he arranged a call back for me. I got call from one of SENIOR EXECUTIVE – DEVENDER SHARMA. He blamed me that m telling lie as the complaint resolvment time have been given to me till 7:21. He confirmed me that my services will be resume till 7:21 at any cost. He promised me that I’ll get a call from the senior dept. Which I didn’t get. Then I called again at 7:21 pm . The call was connected to Mr. Chetan. He was not able to understand the concern n make me irritate. He kept me on hold till 20 minutes .It was a worst experience. Then I was connected to one of the senior of your team ( a multi talented ) person Mr.Rakesh. He does not have manner to speak with the customer. It was a litterly worst experience.he behaved very rudely. It was feeling like I have done a guilt to call him or buy a Airtel DTH connection. This was the whole story abt your customer service.

    Now the main concern. I purchased new connection. This was my first recharge n I got error 6 after me successful recharge. You guys waste my Sunday. Litterly m so frustrated with this kind of experience. Again I got the time of 24 hrs minimum. Maximum not sure. I don’t think so I’ll refer anyone for the same service . I know that it doesn’t make sense or value for you guys . I have no words to explain my experience . i don’t know what to do. But in short form it was a horrible n worst experience or you can say biggest mistake of my life to choose Airtel DTH service.

    MY airtel digitalTV ID 3000328202 Last month i got a call to get it upgraded HD with an amount of Rs.690/- for the set up box and remote, which I paid to the representative who came for installation.
    Later same amount is deducted from my account when I asked your representative he said you will ger it refunded till now it is not reveresed and now I am getting message all most daily “We are unable to process request, as your account is suspended. Recharge send request again, kindly SMS DEALER TO 54325 to know the nearest dealer to recharge.
    My request is that how can be my account is suspended? please look at the matter and do the needful and activate my account for HD Hindi Package ( nine channels ) which is costing Rs.81/month.

    Airtel tv ke charge bahut bad gaye hai jiske karan humare yaha par 500 airtel tv ke conection logo ne kat diya hai aur logo ne cable conection 150 rupeeya mahine ke hisab se laga liya hai airtel digital tv ke dis ko koi 500 rupeeya me bhi nahi kharid rahe hai. Maine customer care ko bataya lekin uska un par koi fark nahi pada mujhe har mahine thag te gaye aur aj maine bhi cable connection le liya aur ab mai khush hu airtel digital tv ke customer care ke dur byahar se bach gaye hai.

    I have a airtel tv connection. I had opted for one year pack with the options available during March 2014 for the second year continuation. My one year pay package expires in March 2016. But in October 2015 (before four months due date) I am not getting the signal. I get a message saying my balance is only less than Rs. 2.0.
    As per the deal I should get my opted channels for one complete year from March 2015-Feb 2016. I do not what is the reason. Why should I do not get for the whole one year as per the deal.

    Very worst service, I reacharched Rs.261/- on 07.12.2015 I request for hd Chanel’s no.193,197,199,205,149,145&star movies select etc., but amount was deducts rs.118/- for those channel’s but not activated till date. I given more complaint to customers care with reference nos 48497424,48512224. There is no responsibile executive assistants in the company to solve the problems. Very very worst service.😤😤😤😤😤

    I am been mentally harassed by your customer service allot. I have never seen such pathetic services in my whole life where executive comes note down the resolution code and goes away without resolving your issue. I have called multiple times and faced the same again and again.
    If I call airtel customer care and speak to your executive then they simple say to wait till 4 PM and the problem will be resolved.
    If I call at night then airtel executive says that server is down, so call us in the morning.
    And as a customer I am being fooled everyday with no resolution.
    I feel like never going back to Airtel in my life and will surely NOT RECOMMEND AIRTEL to anyone in life.

    If such things continues then I am sure Airtel will need to shut their services from India.

    I am still struggling to get my Airtel DTH services back to normal as I am stuck with no solution, because I was being told that you do not refund the customer their money back in terms of cancellation.

    I am also going to port my both the numbers from Airtel to any other network due to such services and will pledge to not to go back to Airtel anymore.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring to your notice that i am using AIRTEL DTH services no : 3008422712 registered under the mobile no 9555848546 for last 4-5 yrs and for the first time I have been betrayed in benefits to be offered as per the scheme . I have availed a scheme from PAYTM on AIRTEL DTH recharge of 6 mts @1160 but the services have been activated for 3 mts (enclosed is the screen shot for the same ).

    Further please find below the transaction invoice for your reference attached.

    I have made numerous call to your customer care but have not received any solution …all in vain

    Kindly activate the same benefits of 6mts validity else refund back the balance amount in 48 hrs time

    Kindly action the same in the stipulated time else will be forced to discontinue the services.

    Waiting for a fruitful solution to it so that the chapter can be closed

    Since some time, I am not able to watch some of channels. So, I talked to there customer care help line No. 020 44448080. The first time when I called it was Mr. Abul Hasan who attended the call and I was told that an sight Engineer will be send and I have to pay Rs. 150 for sight visit. I insisted to not pay the visit charge as I am already paying subscription charges then he transferred my call to his superior and she (Lady) told me that I would receive a service call from Airtel within 2 hours. No call received but problem was rectified. Again, this problem happened and I rang up the customer care help line no. By the same channel, I reached the 2nd line operator and she (Lady) gave me some tips so that I could corrected the fault my self. But, 2 days latter the same problem appeared (10.09.2016) and I called the customer care no. It was received by Mr. Rishi. He kept me waiting for 10 minutes in pretext that he was transferring the call to his superior and then disconnected the call. After an hour of waiting I again called the Customer care no. It was attended by Mr. Anand and after following the same procedure it was transferred to 2nd line operator, Miss Sumitra. She only repeated the same tune that I have to pay the visit charge to sight engineer. Again I refused to pay the visit charge and asked to connect me to her superior. She told that I will receive a service call within 4 hrs. But haven’t received any such call even after 4 days. Nor the problem has been corrected. Now, I got fade up of all this process and submit my self to there bullying. Now I have got it clear that if I have to watch those channels, I must have to pay whatever they want. Otherwise, they will close the channels they want for as many day like. My registered phone no. 8128469112. Pl help.
