    My name is Sanjib Chakraborty and my Aircel mobile number is 8013772500. Now a day’s I’m highly unhappy with Aircel prepaid service. Without any reason wrongly deducted Rs.25/- from my account 2 & 3 times for weekly basis. I don’t know what aircel talkies is all about I call the complaint help line no 198 and I was just talking to a male executive regarding it I told her that I never activated anything in my mobile he said to call me after 2 hours as the server is down. My mobile number switch off last three & four days. So, I have been activated any service in my mobile without any touch by me is a big question mark? This is not first time just 6 Days before same thing happen to me and any reason wrongly deducted Rs. 10/- in the time. I am getting call for the customer service every time he said he will make a complaint regarding it and I again asked him if my money will be refunded he said and then after I asked him that the I don’t want any customer service call I am call in the day time 11 times and more may be that are taking it as a joke. I’m just totally faded off with that. Please do something, otherwise I will chose any other network service. Please look into the matter seriously and strict action for my refund Rs.35/- as soon as possible for my deducted money. I wait for your reply.

    sir, my aircel no.8804893719 use only for net surfing through bsnl dongle named “beetel BG60 HSDPA Modem”. it is problem that it is not connect easy..like first show registering long period.. then i select the option & sub menu network & choose the manual..then…click the ‘refresh’ button…after few second/minute a list coming ..then select the aircel–3G (MCC/MNC- 40425)…AFTER few minute 3G –tower appered on the button screen…then choose connection option and select the connect button..however after long period it is not connect…rarely it is connected at 10.30 pm . now i am completely fed up from aircell sim. but before this sim i was used aircel sim which given by my friend for trial, that was fantastic used and connect the first time.. .. kindly suggest the solution….

    I have totally irritated with your services. almost every time there are several deductions in my account. when i do net surfing automatically video talkies and many other services activates and balance deducts and when I deactivate this on 155223 it again auto reactivate next day and balance deducts.
    when I contact with customer care, their reply was very rough. They neither refund my balance nor deactivate service properly and reply satisfactory.
    most of time their server remains down and have technical problems.
    Every time they told that they can’t do anything in this regard.
    So sir plz think that if I have activated these services so why I complaint to customer care.
    and one thing also every Aircel no. with that I complaint after complaint they block my nk and I can’t contact them again with that no.
    so plz reply me with satisfactory answer and solve my prob. as soon as possible other wise I forcely have to port my no. to another co. and aslobhave to complain to TRAI portal or E Govt. complaint portal.

    I ported my idea sim to aircel, Aircel sim activated on 2nd may,but i didn’t get MNP data benefits,when I call customer care they tell that it has been credited but in fact it has not.Next time they told that my problem will fixed in 24 hours, but yield nothing, next time same answer, problem not solved,they are the biggest liers, dont trust Aircel customer care

    i am using aircel sim and am calling from last 3 days at your 198 support care but i didnt get any proper reply…sum times ur representative disconnect call during discussion or not recieving call… my problem is i dont need ur any hallotune but from ur side they are activate 2 times hallotune on my num without inform me and deduct my balance so kindly refer that and give me reply asap…
    (otherwise i know that which way to get my balance refund i will port my num in postpaid and then i will not paid ur bill )

I didnt activated any such service. when i called c care they told me, sir we cant refund your balance coz without your permission we dont activate this service. they take complaint for 10rs but they donot take complant for 35rs. we are looking fool,suppose that i activate jotish shastra but who activate other 10rs service, tell me who? we are not chutya which i activate any service at 11 pm night.

(3) After the consumer, referred to in sub-regulation (2), has consumed ninety percent of the data or the quantum of data available in his account reaches ten megabytes, the service provider shall provide to the consumer, through SMS or USSD, the details of tariff applicable on usage of data beyond the quantum of data available in the account of the consumer. (4) Every service provider shall, through SMS or USSD, provide to all consumers of the Cellular Mobile Telephone Service, having international roaming facility on their mobile connection, an alert, immediately after the consumer roams outside the territory of India, advising the consumer to deactivate the data services in his mobile phone if he does not intend to use data services while roaming outside the country. 10B. Activation or deactivation of data services—–(1) No service provider shall activate or deactivate the data service on the Cellular Mobile Telephone connection of a consumer without his explicit consent: Provided that nothing contained in this sub-regulation shall apply for usage of data service through Special Tariff Voucher or Combo Voucher or add-on pack till the expiry of the validity period of such voucher or add-on pack, or on consumption of entire data by the consumer, whichever is earlier. (2) Every Cellular Mobile Telephone Service provider shall provide toll free short code 1925 for receiving request of the consumer for activation and deactivation of data service.but there is no any message sent by Aircel andy balance deduct of 125 rs on 8 Oct..which is against to TRAI guidelines, please help me otherwise other option is also available for receiving the balance

    So Apply for duplicate Sim with photo, ID and police complain copy on next day 12-Oct-2015 from aircel Store located at near Akurdi Post office Akurdi.
    The person said that sim will activated in 24-hour, but my duplicate sim not Activated yet.
    And when i call the Store person he always say it will activated in another 24 to 48-hour.

    I have done all the things from my site, gave proper documents with Rs.100(much cost for duplicate sim),
    but what is this going on, why it is taking too long time to activate a duplicate sim.

    I have recharged 70/- on DT.20.12.15 and I got 80 /- talk time. But on DT. 22.12.15 all balance had been deducted without activating any service & without any message. Since last four days I am trying to contact customer care service but they did not respond.

    Today my 50 rs balance was cut by Aircel and subscribe a video talkies automatically without my permission.
    And great customer care people informed it has been stopped and money will be refunded.AFter the call I got a message ur service auto renewed .what is this.
    Further I contact customer Care but they block my no and I was not able to contact customer Care
    Please help and refund my balance as soon as possible. Why u people block the number if u don’t have solution,please close ur customer support .Aircel customer support is worst.

It is my hard earned money .Refund money and unblock my number from customer care.we call you people hoping that u may help us, we may be harsh and rude over the call bcos uunwanted money getting deducted.So this is not the way to cheat the customer who trust you.Hope you people understand.
