      Very bad service. Always short staffed. And computers never work. Such long ques it feels as though wer in line for some charity. Very bad behaviour from staff. Tota dissapoimtment. l

    I always bought fresh stock on zara but this is my 4 times experience to find holes or other defects on clothes in new arrivals. its total wastage of money on zara these days especially india bases zara. plz dont spoil the brands name!

    I had ​purchased 2 Black Jackets from Zara Infinity Mall, Malad West​, Mumbai​, one a few months back​ and the other last winter in December​.

    I have used the Jacket a couple of times during ​the​ winter​s​ and stored it in my wardrobe ​to​ re-use this winter.

    To my surprise I have found both my jackets shoddily falling apart at the seams, the back and collar. I ​have​ attach​ed​ pictures of the same for your kind perusal so that you can understand the type of Quality that has been used in the making of the Jacket.

    I​ would not think twice to admit that I​ love Zara products and have been shopping past 4 years now​,​​ ​but ​​now I am completely taken ​away by surprise and ​am in ​shock ​because I​ ​have ​never expected this coming from ​a brand like yours​, ​which is indeed ​a Big ​B​rand​ and has a good name in garment/fashion industry.​

    ​I went to the same store where I had bought this product for solution but they suggested me that I should have taken care of the Jackets by storing it in a moisture-free zone. I was literally amazed by the Store-Manager’s reply to which I want to ask you where exactly should I store my expensive Jackets other than a safe and a clean wardrobe. How can the jackets wear-out like this by simply sitting in the wardrobe? I have other leather/swede jackets of other brands that I have been using past 7 years and they have never showed up like this!!

    I would request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve this asap. ​I would be happy if I get an exchange of the product or a refund or else this matter is simply going to get more consequential.
