    This is to inform you that I have a postpaid number of your company it’s O/G services has been barred due to case of sim lost but now we had issue a new sim for the same number but it’s outgoing services still not working. And we are not able to visit on your store again and again due to health issue (physical Problam).

    So it’s my humble request please activate the outgoing services as soon as possible any how otherwise I have to change the service provider. We don’t want to change Vodafone as u can check we are your customer.from last 8 years.

    My mobile number is (9716-0092-11) which got ported from Aircel to Vodafone approx 3 months back. This mobile number I was happily using it from last 6 years with Aircel and didn’t face any issue. The Vodafone team approached me for the portability service and made false promises. They offered me a plan of Rs 200/- monthly in which I will get 600 free minutes, free 3G data usage of 2GB for 3 months and then onwards free 3G data usage of 1GB, 300 free SMS on which I agreed and paid Rs 250 as an activation fee. The only point of attraction for my portability decision is 3G data speed. Then few days later I got a call from Vodafone team to confirm the plan and they said it’s a false commitment made to you Sir, your 3G data usage of 2GB is free for only 2 months and then onwards it will be free 3G data usage of 1GB still I stick with your company as at least I will be getting 1GB data usage. In mid of April I got a message from your team that my bill has crossed the credit limit and the outgoing facility is barred. Then I called on your 199 helpline to check about the issue but couldn’t get through to speak with any agent. So after trying I lot on your helpline I finally decided to visit to your store in Janakpuri, Jail road on my week-off. I visited to your Vodafone store and explained my pain to your team “Megha” and Manager “Karamjeet” and ask for help. Mr. Karamjeet responded in a very harsh manner that they are not in store to help they are just to give information and gave me your complaint dept email address and 198 helpline number. Your 198 complaint helpline number – retention team is ridiculous I called so many times to close my services and explained them too about my issue and every time they put me on hold and disconnect the call and finally they blocked my number so now when I call on 198 helpline from my mobile number 9716009211 it doesn’t get through. So I called from another Vodafone number, from that number too they disconnect my calls. Now I really understand that every department of Vodafone gives a ridiculous service to their customer. Vodafone staff doesn’t know how to deal with customer or how to keep the customer for a long period. Every month I received the bill of approx Rs 300 and for April month its Rs 2200 approx just because of data usage. I am making it very clear to you people that I will not going to make this payment as it false deal made from your side above on that I approached you people so many time for help but no one from your side has come across to helped me. Once again request you people to close my services else I have to take some serious legal action against you people and will also claim a compensation amount for harassment.

    Just want to bring into your consideration that what I observed as a customer of Vodafone, you people holds a great team

    Sales Team – Make false deals and fool people
    Confirmation Team – They too give wrong information
    199 Helpline – Complex IVR; Customer can never reach to an agent to describe their issues
    Stores Staff – Staff is just to give information and not to help customers
    198 Helpline – Ridiculous retention team; always keep on disconnecting the customer line and then blocked customer number so that they can’t approach them to describe their pain.

    I believe your rest of the departments also work like the same. A global gyan “Acquiring a new customer is not a great deal but keeping an existing customer happy/satisfied will bring more business”.

    I purchased vodafone postpaid sim to convert my AIRTEL prepaid number (+91-9650780712) to VODAFONE postpaid, have paid connection charges (250 INR) and submitted all requested formalities. But vodofone representatives are not starting my postpaid services last from more then 10 days.

    Please find the attached mail, where it is showing on 4-May, I have 0.1 MB free, post that I have not done any usage for GPRS, so why I have get charges of Rs.519.26.

    Yesterday I have received call from Yusuf Khan Nodal desk, he was very rude to me, unable to understand my situation, straight forward telling that he cannot reverse the amount.

    My Simple question is that if I have still remaining 0.1 MB free, post that i have not done any usage, so why I have been charged.

    they have the worst customer service, i am using 9 premium numbers, but the kind of customer service they provide is worst, even bsnl customer service is 1000 time better then this shit vodafone.
    On a serious note if people are planning to buy new vodafone number, please go for airtel, they have much better network and customer service.

    I called so many times to the customer care for the deactivation of flash messages.but the idiots are simply putting me on hold and disconnecting my call.what a fucking service agents having Vodafone. I will publish this problem in social networks and am going to port this sim and I will make every one to port from Vodafone. You people’s can check my calls in between 7:55 and 8:25.such a worst service provider. Am also working in an international bpo.I never seen this type of fucking behaviours. I forgot that fools names.
    That’s y I didn’t mention that.check your agents otherwise they will screw your existence.

    I recharged for 250rs from vodafone app  money was taken frm the bank a.c but there was no update from vodafone .then i calld custservice i was told within 4 hours recharge would be done n they were not able get a solution instead of argmnt .then i waited fr 4 hours but no reply frm vodafone. N i calld custcare they sd that it will take 5 workings days to get the money. N the floor manger said that its my mistake that i didnt read the terms n condition n was trying to proof that i m layer. It is not aceptable  that u guys are askin me to wait for my own hardearn money. 

    Because of ur mistake i shoud block my money for 5 days. I really expect from you guys to get my money as sooner as possible if not i m going to consumer court. I know its not lot of money but its mine n when i need to make urgent calls i was nt hving ny options. Below is the statement which i got frm my bank.

    Completely disatisfied if i dont get this thing resovle i m social sides n let this thing be spreded n will make sure that it reaches to right people n they should know wat service do vodafone have .

    mene sim card 8/10/15 ko liya tha. uske sath voting card diya tha. verification ka phone aaya tab address galat hai aaisa bataya. to fir patta chala ki maine jis dilar se sim card liya tha usne galat address dal diya. tab verification valone votter id ka address 12/10/15 ko online request leke change kiya our 15 date ko chalu hoga aaisa bola. Fir hamne aaj sim chalu karne ke liye phone kiya to usi time bhi address ka hi problem aa gaya. Fir maine sinior -sohem se bat ki to unone bola ki me aapki request leta hu our address change karta hu

    We lost our SIM and hence we requested for another SIM. Since we receive this SIM, we are facing “No Signal” issue. Then we called (from morning) your call center no: 9811098110 to look after my complaint. Earlier, they came back to us saying we should only be calling from vodafone number, when we called from Airtel. Then we called from pre-paid vodafone no, then they told us to call from post-paid vodafone number only. That was too frustrating but then also we somehow managed our anger and called from another POST-PAID vodafone number thinking that this must be NEW FASHION TREND in VODAFONE to answer user complaint.

    Every time we have called, we have to re-iterate our whole complaint and then they transferred our call- it was not actually a transfer but putting my call on hold for many mins. and finally getting disconnected on its own. This is happening since morning.One after another, when we shouted then this so called CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE logged our complaint and shared request id-121720164.

    In this evening we called again to check out status. These people sitting idle once again started the same old story asking again and again. When we asked to check by complaint id then that moron said its been closed.

    I don’t know how you people are managing your customer. You guys don’t understand the value of customer and their time. This is not happening first time. If your people are not ready to listen our complaint then there is no point of having these people as “customer care” bloody executive.

    And even after asking them to transfer call to some senior guy, then kept our phone on hold for several mins Can anyone help me with this.

    I have spoken to one girl and guy today from customer service. I have updated both of them my sim is deactivated. I have taken a transfer
    from Bangalore to Chandigarh. However, another reverification has been scheduled for Monday which was not done. Again I have been told it will be done on Tuesday again it was not done.

    Now I have been told I will get an answer by 26th which is the maximum time. That means till that time I have to be without phone.

    For emergency also vodaphone cannot activate the number.

    Its was a pathetic customer service.

    I am a vodaphone customer & today I had been to your Porur Branch for making bill
    payment . By the by I have requested your Customer care Officer Mr.Ram, that I don’t need data to be provided & charged rs.250/- per month & requested him to deactivate the data service with immediate effect. Secondly I dont want CALLERTUNE WHICH WILL BE CHARGED RS.30/- p.m. Please delete CALLERTUNE WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT & PLEASE DON’T CHARGE. THIRDLY VODAPHONE SERVICES
    WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND THERE WAS NO SIGNAL AT VALASARAVAKKAM FOR THE LAST 15 DAYS AND AS SUCH PLEASE CUT THE PRORATA RENTAL CHARGES AS CHENNAI UNDERWENT FLOODS FROM DEEPAVALI. THIS IS AN APPEAL ON BEHALF OF ALL CHENNAI PEOPLE SUFFERED DURING AND AFTER DEEPAVALI ON ACCOUNT OF HEAVY FLOODS WHICH ENTERED SEVERAL HOUSES INCULDING OUR HOUSE. I HOPE MR.MADHAN, NODAL OFFICER & SHEFALI SINGH MOZA WILL TAKE UP THIS MATTER WITH HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO REDRESS OUR GRIEVENCES.     i am vodafone post paid custumer about 6 years i have 2 numbers and i use the but i cannot have bill properly i complaint so many tims he say i send your bill in mail this is not suitable to me i say many time.
    now i use 9983111795 number a call come to 9828090923 dt 26-12-15 from vodafone care or other person his lanuage is very tapory i have recorded to this number he say me to discunnect my number reason is my alternate number which is 9783111795 due bill
    i am in kerla i reqquested him but he discunnect my services to my number i have big problem please do reply me urged and your service ??????
