    Hi,

    I have a Usha blower room heater purchased in Dec 2009. It got damaged and on 17-Dec 2014 I got it’s element replaced and by a Usha technician. I have the receipt provided by the technician with me.

    The blower worked fine for about 3 weeks and got damaged again. I raised a complaint C15012302192 on 23-Jan-15. I was told that my request would be addressed within next 48 hours. I next heard from Usha on 28-Jan-15 – a good days after I had raised the complaint. When the technician called o 28-Jan, I was not at the address provided and hence he asked me to raise a new request.

    On 29-Jan I raised a new request C15012902021. The person taking my call profusely apologized to me since my earlier request was ot addressed within 48 hours as promised, and assured me that on this occasion, my new service (which is C15012902021) will be addressed latest by 31-Jan.

    Till today morning (which is 31-Jan morning) none from Usha called me. So I called you customer care and my call was taken by one Mr. Mahesh. He told me that he would try his best to send someone today to service my request.

    Now at 4:1 pm, 31-Jan, no one has called me.

    This implies two things: Either I should stay at one place for 48 hours anticipating someone from Usha to service my request. Or Usha International customer care is incompetent and cares least about customer once a sale is done. This, apart from the fact that Usha International makes low quality products which do not last even 5 seasons.

    Hi, I had purchased Usha Cook-top on 33-oct-2014, till three months it worked fine, on Feb-2015 i noticed there was a problem in Burner’s, some times flames was not working properly & two burners were getting black, it was new one so it should not get black, So noticing all these problems i had lodge complaints with Usha customer care and they said within 48 hours my complaint will be assist, yes some one called me and attn to my complaint, after servicing the product worked fine, surprise to my notice again after 3 days the problem occurred,Now 2nd time again i complained to usha customer care again the process was same as earlier, some service person visited my place and he did some repair work, and started working fine now its 3rd time problem, when my Gas is on its catching fire on the bottom of the stove which is very dangerous any thing may happen, i immediately offed stove and called Usha customer care team, to my surprise they ware least brother how serious was my complaint, 1) it was repeatedly complaint 2) Stove was catching fire which is dangerous to life, but customer care people ware least care about our issue they just said wait for 48 hours we will see what we can do,, I was not really expecting so worst customer care service & repair persons.

    I hade purchased usha geyser few months back and lodged a complaint a month back as it stopped working.it has been a nightmare talking to such unprofessional guys. the complaint has still not been resolved as there is no responsible person to talk to. I advise all payers to never EVER buy usha products under any circumstances as they do not have any service back up.the company also does not have any reliability on guarantee. the kind of staff and culture that exists in the company is unthinkable.They are just illiterate and uncouth guys who do not even know how to talk and behave. they have just employed roadsides technicians and there is nobody to supervise. THE COMPANY’S SERVIVE AND GUARRANTTEE POLICY IS A TOTAL FARCE AND THIS BRAND IS A SHAME/BLOT ON THE INDIAN BRANDS. I DARE ANYBODY FROM THIS COMPANY TO CALL AND INTERACT WITH ME ON THIS ISSUE AFTER CHECKING THE FACTS OF MY EXPERIENCE (WHICH I KNOW NO BODY WILL).

    hi, i had purchased usha food processor 3 years back and now i m going to use this but this is not working. i connect the machine the light blinks but when i attaching any grinder they are not working ?? plz help me why is that happen

    i purchased usha mixer in january,2015. But when I grind any thing there is flow of current and it didn’t mixed well and one of jar of it is also cracked.

    Hi All,

    I have bought 3 burner cook top in Jan /Feb 2014 and it was working fine till last week.

    I have raised an complaint with USHA last week on 12th aug 2015 and was told that service technician will be visiting my place in 2 working days and till now no one has called or visited .

    Can any suggest how to ago about it .

    It only 3 months I brought a fan. Nowadays it’s hard to tolerate the noise made by the fan. I cannot sleep easily in the noise. I don’t see the quality in your product.

    Hi everyone,

    This is a safety awareness message for all the users of USHA Juicer mixer grinder. My mom had been using usha mixer grinder model JMG 1842 since last 6-7 years.Last week when she was operating the juicer for preparing juice (vegetables juice), the juicer exploded into bits n pieces. Literally i was in a state of shock for sometime as I had never expected this could happen. Fortunately my mom escaped this accident unscathed. Thankfully the juicer blade didn’t smash into her, it was only the rear part of the blade that collided with her arm(got minor bruise). The wall in front of the juicer still has deep marks.The whole room had scatterd glass pieces. We still don’t know why this happened. This is very serious issue guys please make sure that you and your family is alert while using these electric home appliances.

    To my surprise, when I checked the manual, it is written there is no warranty for the juicer mesh. I couldn’t take the picture of the disfigured juicer because I was out of town, by the time I reached back, my mom had moved it to trash 🙁 🙁 .

    maine usha ka water pump liya hai.20-aug-15 aur wo pani nhi utha rha hai.aur inka technician aaj kl kr rha hai. is garmi me pani ki problem itni hai ki technician aur customer care walo uski koi fikr hi nhi hai..main kya kru.

    Hi, I have purchased a food processor from Spencer Gurgaon fo my home located at Mathura. When I tried to use it for the first time, power supply indicator got on which means supply of power transfering to machine but machine not got started. After logging complain technician visited and checked the new piece and found wire not connected inside the motor part, he repaired it and told me it got repaired and will not be repeated, but today when I was all set to use it for second time same problem happened again.
    Please tell me one thing if I always have to call service center to repair my machine before use. This is very much irritating, your product which I got sealed packed and even your service is very much pathetic. I dont want to use it, I will go to consumer forum and launch a complain against you guys. I have paid for a new product and it seems you have given a defected piece to me. Either replace it with new and correct one or be ready to answer in consumer forum. I will sue you, your company and your service center.
