    Sir,
    I have applied a car which is Tata Indica EV2 LS from your recognised dealer K.B. MOTOR Kolkata. I have purchased the car through Mahindra Finance . As per advice of your Dealer representative We went to take the car on 19-10-2015 from K.B. MOTOR. After completion of all paper works and handed over the keys, Dealer representative delivered me the car.
    But suddenly my driver watched a crack on the glass in front of the car.
    After seeing this my driver pointed out the crack to the representative of that dealer. The representative called the higher official to inspect the problem. All official repeatedly requested me to receive the car with crack of the glass. They assured me that after puja vacation they will replaced the glass of that car . My car chassis no MAT 600435FTH13431 /
    But We have denied to receive the car after changed the glass of that car. We have clearly given our message that we will not receive the repair car. I have given our demand that I will receive the New Car with new chassis no as quick as possible. Why I will receive the defective car? I have paid full amount of the car. My Loan instalment will be deducted from next month. This is not my fault.
    I have very much surprised to see the attitude of the employees of your dealer. They all have pressurised me to receive that car. Is it the example of salesmanship? I have full confidence on Tata co. But my faith has been damaged after that incident.
    I am earnestly requesting you to deliver me the New car with New chassis no . Otherwise I will think what will be my next step? You have no power to game with the customer.
    So I think that You being a responsible authority of the co. will take the emergent step regarding my demand and feel the problem of the customer.

    We are the proud owners of 2nos tata hitachi, 3 nos of tippers,2 nos telcoline 4×4, 1 no Indigo ecs. We have purchased above referenced tata safari from AUTO MATRIX during the month of Nov.2014. we proudly appreciate the hight of the light and hight of the driver seat. During night driving light of the opposite direction vehicles not at all disterbing our vision. Driving in this vehicle is totally fitigue free.We booked this vehicle during the month of october 2014. but the offer of tata motors for the month of october 2014 not at all reached us till today.While using the front AC, blower automatically got disconnected. If we switchoff and restrart the engine the blower starts to work. This problem was made known to the service branch of auto matrix puttur d.k. dist. Karnataka..After repeated trail and error service, while driving the vehicle the fiber parts in the dashboard produces vibration sound which we cannot tolarate Doors are also produces rattling sound After complaint the service personnel changed, the door locks,resulting in reduction of sound. The reverse gear sensor is not at all working. we complained this for several times. Till today the problem not solved.We in good faith opted for the top end tata safari 4 x 4.but the vehicle supplied in our experience is of sub standered. . Keeping the above problems in view, you are requested to rectify the faults immediately. Thanking you,

    We are your one of the oldest & regular customers of tata motors from more than 9-10 years. We regularly purchase tata motors products (cars) from last 3-4 month. We are facing very irritating atmosphere by the service management. Last time I mailed you to inform that there is problem in my car of turbo pump. The company people misguided us & giving false statements & even such a big company management doesn’t have little part like pipe in their stock. The management spare parts are very poor. Disgusting behavior & now this time we need car back bumper and dikki again the same thing happened again they don’t have dikki in their stock. After all jalandhar is a major city a lots of cars sold here. They have to maintain stocks of service parts but they don’t bother after waiting for dikki so many days we following them regularly even then the work of my car is pending. Every time they use to give new excuses. They giving their customers bitter experiences. ( once time was their when people says. Its TATA/ BATA items ) but these kind of people falling down the reputation of TATA company. Even after 3 days the work of my car not got done because of their disgusting atmosphere I also want to post all the matter to social media network also but I waited because upper class management is very good & responsible. So, I request you to take action against following persons( mr dharminder :main service advisor: 8872023613), (mr ajaypartap :gm service: 9877467841), ( mr neeraj :bigger lair )and please look after the matter.

    I plan to purchase a new indigo cs car in Salem true sai dealer in 9th November 2015. I visit showroom on that same day they didn’t give proper response . After one hour we are valunterly enquiry to Mr.Murugesh about how to purchase a new car with exchange offer he told me please give your car to us so that he came and take the car without any acknowledgement after 10 days I ask to him please give acknowledge me u r taken my car … He refuses me after that he didn’t pick up my call after 15th day he returned my car with some damage I ask him what yeah I want new car with exchange of dis car. He told me we r not given any acknowledgement for taken dis car this is my company rules. We don’t need to sale new car. He told me don’t come to my showroom again we r not interested sale new car to u……
