    I have purchased a Kent Wall mounted Veg and Fruit Purifier from Snap Deal that reached my house on Feb 9th. When initially plugged into the wall, it never ever turned on at all. I have spent almost a month now trying to get SNAPDEAL OR KENT to take proper action. Snapdeal advertised that they would replace this machine. But when I called them, after searching for days for a customer care contact number, they told me they don’t replace and that I should call KENT. I must have called KENT customer service 7 or 8 times, and would always get a ‘don’t worry’ and then a form email which didn’t help me at all. They finally told me I’d have to get it repaired at my cost!!! The numbers they sent me didn’t work, didn’t reach anyone….and when one finally did give me a number that worked, the person only spoke Hindi and said he would come but never did. When I called him again, he never answered. SO THIS IS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IN INDIA????? MY ADVICE TO ALL IS NEVER EVER EVER USE SNAPDEAL FOR ANY PURCHASES…THEY ARE HIDING FROM YOU AND WILL NOT HELP YOU OUT AS THEY PROMISE. ALSO BEWARE OF KENT WHO IS BASICALLY LACKING CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ENTIRELY.

    They send you defective products and ask you to get it replaced or repaired by Samsung. When you get pissed they say if you don’t like the solution from Samsung we will help you. After you request Samsung to give you the job report and hand it over to snapdeal, they don’t have time to check it for 3 days when the complaint has been marked Priority by the supervisors. When you ask them about the status all the customer service has to say is that it is already escalated and then you have to speak to the supervisor who says that he is initiating a pickup (which never happens) so keep the item packed. After all the false promises the team above calls to inform that an engineer is going to visit you to verify the issue when SAMSUNG ENGINEERS already certified the issues when highlighted the answer is “its our policy” which means Snapdeal employees don’t know the exact policies. After that they tell you it will take another 2-3 days to have the item picked up and they money will only be refunded after they receive the item and their quality team checks the product which is apparently superior to the original manufacturer Samsung.

    In short, Snapdeal Customer Service desk is full of big bunch of trained liars. Their policies are made for the benefits of Snapdeal and not the customers. Save yourself the time, stress, frustation and anger by not purchasing from Snapdeal anymore. If you think the product is 1000 rupees cheaper on snapdeal wait till you find out that the product delivered is defective.

    Hi slap deal. I was delivered a faulty phone on 6th march .on 7th I asked them to replace it. Since then they are making false promises that some service engg will visit to pick up the phone.but no body comes. Beware everyone .I have wasted my hard earned money. It is better to buy from our very own Indian bazaar. Don’t get lured with low prices and exclusive slapdeal deals.

    I have ordered through snapdeal on 30th april and paid it online which is my biggest mistake i must say.
    I have ordered Ray ban worth Rs7990 but recieved fake aviator named as GANSTA.
    First of all the delivery was too late i was very much excited for Rayban and wanted to take it on my trip but all that wasted just because of i tried snapdeal!
    Well this was my last order through snapdeal you guys are no where as compare to flipkart and amazon. And same i am going to share my experience with all of my known people. I process it for replacement and a person HEMANT KUMAR from nuvo came to pickup but after seeing the product he denied to pick it up as product was costly as per him. I tried to contact his supervisor SUNNY(AVM) and PRAVEEN(MANAGER) who was saying it will take 1 hour as we need to confirm.
    If u guys didnt confirmed why u waste the time of customer by texting person will pick today. I was waiting for whole day for him and he didnt picked it up!! I wasted my time, my money by calling again and again on customer care no.
