    Dear sir / madam,
    Ref to DWML15264121regarding billing amount for the month of June 15.

    As ref above I have received the wrong bill (increased bill amount) for the month of June. As soon as I received the email copy and and regarding June billing, I have given complaint to ril customer care to look into the matter on urgent basis.pay . I had requested for correction of bill before due date so that will be easy for me.As per bill my amount of 4 times of my monthly billing amount, which was very very difficult for me to

    On 8th aug I have visited the ril sakinaka office (Mr gaurav pande) regarding update about the compliant n chk the status. Officer and tel customer care ppl told me every time that thy have found meter problem and they have raised the complaint regarding change of meter. Till date meter has not change.

    After I visited the office to have given me new amended bill saying that meter was faulty from last November 2014. And they are giving me accessed bill till now. And thy have handed over me. New bill telling this the additional amount I have to pay. How can ur officer can giv me new bill again without changing the meter and rectifying the current problem. ?

    But as per my records from nov 24- july15 on every bill thy have given me meter reading date with previous reading date details. I have not received a single bill stating that bill is accessed bill. Then how come ur officer is telling me that I m getting accessed bill from last nov14. (For ur ref i am attaching the bills copy)

    On the other part, every bill which I have received from nov-14, we have made the all payment before due date . Then before giving me new amended bill u should deduct the paid amount n then release the new bill.

    Now I have another complaint stating that, out consumption is only fridge, light n fan? Full day the room is close – then how can u get so much bill every month ? So, pls take note of my new complaint regarding heavy charges by you.

    Hope above doubts n qua you will be able to solve.

    I request you to kindly take this matter on urgent basis, as such kind of high bill are not manageable for us.

    Dear Sir,
    We have been facing problems regarding our electricity bill for the account no. 151639858 .We use very normal electric But still i am getting higher bill every month. Previously it use to come in the range of 450-750 rs but last few months it is coming around 1180- 1350 bill, I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check electricity meter. Please inform us the reason why am I getting so much excess bill in every month
    Every month Higher Bill amount Received we can see-
    1:- jan15- 650/-
    2:- FEB- 15- 720/-…….Conti…
    3:- June15- 900/-
    4:- july15- 1180/-
    5:- Aug-15- 1370/-
    Please do the needful.

    Soo poor service they have stolen my 188 rupees and whenever I try to Cal customers care they give rubbish reply that net is not working properly from last 3 day they give same excuse…

    Dear Sir,
    We have installed separate meter for our Society fire equipments and Our Account no. is 15200060. This meter is not consuming regularly by us. We have kept this meter as standby for use in emegency situation only, but then also we have receiving higher and higher bills from Reliance, which is unfair. You are therefore requested to send your technician to check this Meter at the earliest.
