    I’m very much disappointed of national insurance. I bought a new Royal enfield C350 on March 2014 and I got a accident on June and I have claimed for insurance and they have camed to check and take pictures and they said everything is fine you will get the insurance soon.. But till now (April 2015) I didn’t get the insurance claim. Itz going to be 1year now. They are saying the file is missing they are searching all time when I talk with them…

    It to remind that policy No. 404700/31/14/6100006638 is 0% depreciation charged Rs 894 in cover note No.401407790282 dated 17 / 11 / 2014 but not mentioned in policy. Please make the endorsement the same as renewal is very near.

    Sir/Madam,

    My vehicle Bolero no. UP 41 W 8638, and registered with the name of Mr. Rajnish Pandey policy no. 450303/31/14/6100009830 issued no 14.11.2014 was got accident on 25th June 2015. For which I inform to the National Insurance company Ltd., Barabanki Branch on same date. From where the company depute surveyor Mr. Rakesh Agarwal for my vehicle. I have submitted all the relevant papers/documents related to the accidented vehicle, to the Branch office mentioned above. I was being told by the branch officials that my claim will be passed from Divisional Office 3 (DO-3), Lucknow and my file with all the documents have already been sent to DO-3, Lucknow. when I contacted the officials of the DO-3, Lucknow, I was been told that the file has been resend to Baranki Branch for clearing some queries from surveyor. Please let me how much time the surveyor will take to clear all the queries.
    Sir, the above process of sending and resending is still continuing which I feel is a sort of harrasement to me by the company.
    However in the last I request you see the matter at your earliest and expedite the process so that I may get my claim as earliest as possible. Hope you will consider my request and do the needful.

    Dear Team,
    I am very disappointed as cheated by one of the your own employee Mr.Shagal posted in Roorkee branch who is working as an agent also.

    He have done a policy of my car and charged a premium on 437000 and unfortunately car stolen on Jan 30th 2015 and after doing a continues follow up got a letter for claim settlement which is of Rs 385000 .

    which is 53000 is less than the insurance amount which was 437000.

    need to take a action against him .

    My vehicle Maruti Ritz VDI, and registered in jaipur no RJ14 CY 4849 that was got accident on 26 th Jan 2016 From where the company depute surveyor Mr. Sarvesh Sharma for my vehicle

    As per your surveyor they are not able to pass claim due to reason of which is provided by your surveyor vehicle accident was old

    They already have all the documents from Maruti Station and there is no justification about accident was formerly
