    I Karan Verma purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZDI baring registration number ( MH02DG7237 )from one of your Mumbai Dealer Shivam Auto Zone.

    I would like to inform you that my first two service from the dealer were good because only washing was to be done. On my third service I gave the car for body work like bonnet repairing, right hand side doors repairing, windshield replacing and top repairing.

    On 1st December 2014 the car was taken for service by Shivam Auto Zone. The body shop adviser told me that the work in the car would be completed within 7 working days including Insurance claiming and repairing all the necessary document were submitted on time. It took them 13 working days and I was not informed on the same by them I didn’t receive a single call from them that there would be delay in the work. In fact I myself had to do the complete followup with them. For the mean time I had to spend INR 12,000 on travelling because on absence of car. No compensation has been provided till date. When I went for receiving I noticed that there a damage on the front bumper which was informed immediately to the adviser that it was done in the body shop and he accepted that too. So for rectification and the job which was not done properly by them I again had to give the vehicle on 20th and was highly disappointed when I took the delivery on Monday Evening I found that actually no work was done on Bonnet, roof top and front bumper and interior was also been made dirty. And I have wasted my another three days in it, there is no professionalism been shown by Shivam Auto zone.

    I want my front bumper, bonnet and roof top to be repaired and painted as per the guidelines of Maruti Suzuki India which i had already paid

    I want my RFID back on my windshield which was been damaged.

    My complete interior cleaning and exterior polishing to be carried out by professional recommended by Maruti Suzuki INDIA.

    I would like to know what about my delay in delivery, and mental harassment.

    If I don’t get reply within 24 hrs I will go to the consumer court and social media.

    I am not going to give my vehicle for repair to SHIVAM AUTOZONE PVT. LTD. so kindly arrange for the same.

    I have really faced a lot of problems and really a had a very bad experience with servicing.

    Kindly look into the matter and revert me on the same that what has to be done now.

    I wish to complain against Suzuki Gixxer Bike Vehicle No. UP 78 DR 4129 that I purchased on 18 November 2014 date and Kanpur My Suzuki Jarib Chowki with hard and cash.
    I am complaining because Suzuki bike are not running properly we are facing lots of problem with engine gear and other problem. We are mention problem here: meter Trip are not working properly, Engine Oil flowing on engine, Engine Sound Problem, Clutch gear are totally crashed, Timing Chain Problem, Magnet Packing Problem and Disk brake Problem it’s the reason for dissatisfied. I am not satisfied with Suzuki Bike and My Suzuki. We are already complaint with Suzuki senior and my Suzuki Manager-Mr. Ramanka and Technical Person Wahid & Javed. I already complaint 2,3 time but my problem are not solve. I need to be new bike or return cash money i don’t want to open engine bike it’s new so I want to be new bike otherwise I will complaint again My Suzuki and Suzuki in high court. So please resolve this problem.
    Complaint Summery In My Suzuki.
    When I first learned of this problem, I contacted with Ramakant Manager of My Suzuki on date: 26 Dec-2014. Second Complaint Date : 23 Feb 2015, Third Complaint Date : 25-March-2015 and Four Complaint Date : 15 April-2015 at My Jarib Chowki, Kanpur UP. I was told them that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because the reason you feel the company has an obligation to you. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.
    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.     Hi I am Snehal Surendran. I have a Swift VXI bought in june 2014 and just before 2 days I got the insurance renewed from Ahmedabad KATARIA.
    At the time of renewal I clearly asked them to renew my insurance by the NATIONAL INSURANCE company but they cheated me. I blindly gave them cheque as requested by them. And I specially called them 5 times and repeatedly told them to renew with NATIONAL INSURANCE but they renewed it on BAJAJ ALLIANCE.
    Now what should I consider this??
    The girl named HETAL and GUY named Himesh they have done this. I was repeatedly in touch with them since 5 days and they agreed also. But in the end when I receive my policy it is BULLSHIT.
    I am highly IRRITATED and loosing my PATIENCE. Either I want my money back or the policy I wanted. You just cant CHEAT people like this. Even after confirming 5 times and giving the cheque on time why the hell I was given some other bloody policy?????
    Initially they were calling me 10 times a day for the policy renewal and after this fraud case when I told them they said that they will call me back…but since then I haven’t received a single call.
    I am working as an AREA INCHARGE in HONDA Company and I am not going to accept this nonsense at any cost. I want a call from your MARUTI SUZUKI Regional Manager or Zonal Manager otherwise I will escalate it to the National Head / VP

    Dear Sir,
    I purchase a maruti swift vdi on Jan.2015. On the 3rd service I complaint to the service advisor for the ABS problem. But the advisor not mention my complaint on the job sheet. On 21st June 2015, again I reached competent motors hero hoda chock gurgaon for the running repairs & ABS breaks problem. The ABS of the car is sounds like a tractor applying a breaks & sometime the breaks are not stopped the car.Again the techinal team of competent motors take a ride & said it is OK the sound of ABS is comes when u applied a sudden breaks. But they don’t have reply why the car is not stopped aftervappling the breaks. And even the complaint they have not mention on the job sheet. The same I complaint to the customer care as well as to the vasant kunj office, I talk to the Mr.Amit regarding the same but no result is coming out.Even Mr.Amit is not picking up my phone also.
    My request is to look into the matter & help on the same on priority basis, as it is somebody’s life & death situation because of the Maruti suzuki .

    dear mr.ravinder bisht, ABS in cars are not for immediate braking. they ensure that the brakes are not jammed in case of sudden braking. actually, if ABS works properly, the distance the vehicle travels while braking is longerthan a car with its brakes jammed. for further clarifications, go to the review of maruti swift by Team BHP. i hope you will get clarified. rgds

    Under a great disappointment I am writing this mail to you.

    I Mohan Shandilya having Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VDI baring registration number MH05-CH0330. My registered mobile no. is 9594967381.

    I am facing shifting problem in 1st & 2nd gear. This problem has started after running of only 40,000 kms. I have shown this to service center, they told there is problem of syncronizer ring & need to open full gear box. They gave me estimate of around Rs. 20,000/- it may increase after opening it.

    But company like Maruti Suzuki which is the leading car seller in India & having maximum market share, having problem in such a critical component i.e. in gear box in just a running after 40,000 kms. We buy Maruti vehicle considering guaranteed performance without thinking any thing. If we buy vehicle which is costing around 9-10 lacks of rupees, there should not be such problem. We dont expect such problem in such a short time.

    I have shown this problem to local but reputed garage also, he gave feedback that this is the common problem in Ertiga. Then I have gone through some online reviews & I found that so many Ertiga customer are facing same problem. Also I came to know that even after repair the problem will repeat after some time.

    This must be a product design problem. I want my vehicle problem to be rectified permanently. I request you to kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

    Dear sir/madam, I am a proud owner of maruti alto lxi from 2009, insured with maruti bajaj allianz, paying insurance premium regularly from 2009 .No insurance claim made, so far, so good.Of late I had an freak accident in which two doors ON TH E RIGHT SIDE got damaged. Incidently i have front glass pane showing crack since long. I approached local maruti car service dealer in tirunelveli, tamilnadu for repair under bajaj allianz insurance claim EXPECTING FULL CLAIM FROM INSURANCE SIDE.I was shocked to hear that i will have to pay 20,000 for replacing two doors from the dealer side.NO CLAIM FOR FRONT GLASS PANE,THEY SAY, When i enquired with local maruti assesser Mr MUTHUSAMY T, he is not responding, going along with the service dealer.I feel very sorry to say this, though your cars are excellent in many ways, till now i have not come across a service dealer who is properly trained, competent and transparent.This shows your lack of control/LACKADAISICAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS maruti dealers service centre.Like any customer in india, i have to turn blind and deaf to what is happening IN FRONT OF US, SHELLING OUT HARD EARNED MONEY TO EXPLOITING DEALERS.THIS MAY BE AN EYE OPENER FOR U PEOPLE SITTING THERE COMFORTABLY IN AC ROOMS TURNING BLIND EYE TO THE GRASS ROOT EXPLOITATION, HOW LONG??     This is to inform you that I am a loyal customer of your Maruti Ritz ZDI Variant and I owned 2 similar cars

    from my 1st free service to till now I am facing noise issue on the front part from Gate and the Dash board u can check the records

    every service there is an assurance from the service center team Navneet Moters that this time it will get rectify but still no solution couple of times they keep my car for 2 days but problem still persist

    Need someone senior to intervene as I need solution asap as its not an small amount which I spent on my car

    If you guys can unable to rectify the same kindly refund my amount after depreciation as I have used it I must say very pathetic experience from the Brand name like Maruti Suzuki
