    I just bought a brand new XUV500 W8 on 07/August/2015 from KTC mahindra at Kochi. The sales people were very supportive, cooperative and sweet. I really appreciate their loyalty towards their work.

    I was handed over a car KL41-M- Temp- 7752 ; MODEL AAW2DEH7TU3HE0NP; VEHICLE SR NO MA1YU2HHUF6F11199.

    Just before handing over the keys they told me that the infomatics in not working properly as the software needs to be upgraded. they said their laptop to do this work was down. so i agreed to take the vehicle to their workshop the next working day. on checking they said there is some harware problem and theyare not able to fix the problem. After 1 week i again went there and they kept the car for a day and then fixed the problem.

    I went on a long trip to Tamilnadu and during the trip the GPS was showing ” NO GPS SIGNAL” at most of the places. later we discovered that when the car falls into a pothole it starts working. i spoke about this to the mechanics and the agents many times. took my car there but they keep saying they donot have the spare parts, no reply from Mahindra regarding the problem, etc. All of a sudden i get an alarm ” tyre pressure low” on physical checking there is no problem with the tyre pressure.

    I am very disappointed that i spent such a lot of money and i was handed over a damaged or defective car. after almost 3 weeks still problems are not solved. I am depressed and i regret for choosing a mahindra vehicle.

    Hi my name is Rahul Mehra and i want share my mahindra showroom experience with you i went to Rampur mahindra showroom (Mahalaxmi motors rampur) (Rampur uttar pradesh) last week for xuv nd tuv coz i am little bit confused between xuv nd tuv top model when I entered in showroom i saw that no-one interested to attend me.den i said to receptionist i want to book xuv or tuv 300 but she said sir aap baith jao shaddab sir abhi lunch kar rahe den mjhse kisi ne water k liye bhi nhi pucha nd bolne par bhi nhi mila pure showroom 2 executive the nd dekhne k liye koi xuv nhi after half n hour mr.shaddab came to me and said haanji btao konsi gaadi lena hai aapko mene pucha uh are executive he said me sales manager hun mene bola actually i confused between xuv and tuv so wat you suggest for me which is better so he said sir pehle to aap hindi me bolo ar dusri baat xuv hum order par mangwate hai ar tuv hamare paas 1 hi khadi hai white wo dedenge i said dear first you know me the difference between tuv nd xuv. Sir xuv thodi lambi ar mehngi ar tuv choti hai shaddab said. I mean he dnt know any single feature even he dnt knw how to attend the customers. Mene kha dear tuv me kitne models hai ar kya kya feature hai so he said zyada nhi hai 2 3 hi hai den he said accha to aap 1 kaam kro aap bolero lelo 1 zlx khadi hai mere paas 50000 60000 ka discount bhi kar wadunga i mean wat the f….den i asked who is owner so replied kyun complaint kroge kya meri. Really worst dealer ship in this world i ever seen. When i asked for finance services so he said paper dedena karwadunga he said khatooni dedena aap 4 acres ki i said i am doing a job in Abroad and i dnt have any khatooni ill give you only my personal documents and salary slip so he said achha to aap ek kaam kro kch paise lede k kar wadun aapka loan. When I fedup with his bullshits talks den i went to nissan showroom moradabad for terrenno and when I step in showroom receptionist greet me and call executive.when i met nissan’s executive there is huge different between mahindra and nissan’s executive he told me everything about his car also given a long testdrive and gave me a proper demo den i asked for silver colour den he checked the availability and he said ill give uh in 3 days so mene usse bhi finance ka poocha usne mjhe emi btayi finance charges btaye nd interest rates btaye den mene usko bola k me ye ye document de sakta hun to bola sir loan to hojayega but kch ar documents lagenge warna 1 co applicant chaiyye hoga den i said ok ill provide you a applicant nd den ill booked the car ar ab me cash me le rha hun aur mene sirf uski service achhi milne ki wajah se hi book kari.

    Respected Sir,
    I feel very guilty after having such a worst experience even after buying a such posch car with Mahindra Brand.

    We have done the full payment including everything with RTGS and cash payment for Mahindra xuv 500 W10 to the dealer on Wednesday dated 4th of November 2015 and even after giving a follow-up call with mahindra dealer, they did not send our car for RTO registration even though after full + ADDITIONAL PAYMENT, as we have decided a special day to drive a car to home….

    Today on dated 10/11/2015, we have visited to the dealer to know about status of our car registration, they did not send our car for RTO registration. After requesting like anything they said that car registration is not the responsibility of Mahindra, after the full payment including RTO charges. After requesting, they said it is not possible by Mahindra. You take your car without registration, you personally go to RTO and register your car by yourself. RTO Registration is not responsibility of Mahindra even after the paying of full payment with RTO Registration charges and car insurance on 4th November 2015.

    Surprise to see that how they can generate this kind of statement to the old customers?????

    Looks like they are understanding that they can behave like anything with customer and customer will bear everything… !!!

    They do not have fear of Head office as well.
    Area sales officer is just talking here and there rather than taking any action or giving firing ….!!!

    From the day one we customer are treated with cheap and rude behavior by Mahindra.
    After this cheap experience by Mahindra, Now, we are going to change our decision and not buy Mahindra Car forever in life even we will not recommend or suggest any of our relative to buy Mahindra car.
    If you guys will really help me with taking a “STRONG ACTION” on Mahindra dealer for a cheap behaviour with all the customers then we will go with Mahindra brand, otherwise return my money we have various option in market with best services that we will be going with another Brand.
    I would like to inform you that we are the rich customers, not a beggar that you can behave like anything !!!

    We have observed that there are many problems faced by the customers by Mahindra dealer.

    I am waiting for stutus update from you for my further decision and action …

    Sir,
    My name is Gopal Krishna Srivastava From Raebareli, I purchased XUV500 W10 Vehicles from your raebareli dealer point named OM AUTO PVT.LTD. I am not getting proper service from company and dealer point after purchasing vehicle on 02sep15.engine of my vehicle got crashed by itself as employee of dealer point told me on the time of routine servicing. when I claimed for that on that time they told we change the vehicle but after two days we only change the engine of vehicle. They do not provide me any substitute vehicle because owner of showroom using that in his sales use by employees. and they are also confusing me on engine changing of my vehicle. And the vehicle only runs 3200km
    I submitted my vehicle on dealer point for servicing on 18 nov.2015 and from till date I didn’t get my vehicle and didn’t get any service from Mahindra showroom raebareli and company both. Mr. Gagan deep dogra and Mr. KAilash of company from lucknow office and raebareli dealer point confusing me by there words, few time they are using air transportation for calling of engine from company and few times they change there words Details of my vehicles are given below…

    I want to cancel the order of newly launched TUV 300 booked in indore (patwa auto dealership) MP due to lack in their stock of vehicles and its been more than one and half month of time of their committing the delivery of the vehicle and now regarding cancellation of the respective vehicle no one is showing interest kindly refund our booking amount as i am experiencing worst service before delivery and cannot think what will be their after sales service. Kindly respond so that i can move to another options in this segment than Mahindra.
