    Dera all i purchased a split A.C. last year in june and since my purchase it has never been working in good condition, i complain so many times to company every time a technician came fill the gas and it work for some time and again the problem is there as it was after some days. Till now 3 times gas has been already fill and once A.C. was take to service center for 4 days. After some 7 to 10 days again now it is not cooling just now i talk to company and they again gave me a complain no rna150430001292. I AM REALLY TIRED OF LG NOW THIS IS MY LAST MAIL TO YOU IF YOU PEOPLE CANT FIX MY PROBLEM PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY TAKE YOU DIFFECTIVE A.C.

    I have purchased Two L.G. LED T.V bearing Model No. 32LN4900 from a local dealer of Bankura viz ‘Melodious’ of School danga, Bankura on 06/11/2013 and among them one TV SET suddenly get out of order (bearing Sl No. 309PLAG007592)within one year of use. At that time your men appointed in service changed the Mother board without any cost (as it was within the warranty period) for which I am grateful to you.
    But again on 19/05/2015, the same TV set as mentioned in the aforesaid Sl. No. getting trouble in different type unlike the previous trouble. This time it is functioning as good as normal when it is being used with the USB port i.e by pen drive/ External Hard disk etc, but function of channel selection/Tuning failed. After lodging complain a Technician or an assistant who ever may be, attended my residence, checked the function of the T.V set and suggested to change the mother board again.
    I am using L.G’s other product like A.C Machine, Refrigerator, Mobile etc trusting the dependability of L.G’s product quality. Today is the 7th consecutive day, where I am waiting for repair, requested the dealer several times but no action has been taken so far to resolve the problem, rather they are not bothered to pay any importance to my say. I have had no other option but to compelled to purchase a new T.V set of another company on 25/05/2015 from the same dealer. I can’t just believe that an esteemed company like L.G produces such products where durability status is like Chinese products in nature. Now it is your option either to change my notion or to accept defames quality control failure. I am not ready to bear any expenses for the faulty T.V set, rather I would request my friends and relatives to think twice (who are fanatic of L.G product like me) before purchasing any L.G product.
    Thank you for delay in compliance and please continue such customer uncared service from your end to a senior citizen like me.

    Poor service handling
    I am disappointed with the services provided by LG. I bought my air conditioner on 30 May 2015 but

    installation itself they took time for one week & they installed very poorly when im nt at home they

    installed like that my parents they dont know what the service men did. From 1st day itself cooling not

    coming foe enter room if i ask the service person cooling will be this much only because you bought one ton

    ac for 10-12 room. Even he didn’t give bill for installation also just he bought 400 from my parents. Still I

    am awaiting for service. It seems that they are giving you donation not service. Shame on the name of such a

    big brand. I will never buy a LG product again. I feel cheated.

    This is to inform you that I had purchased A Split Air Conditioner before two years back with my friends suggestion that L.G is very good Brand but today I personally frustrating, irritating, abusing etc.with the L.G India companies services. I had Complaint on 4th July’15 on your customer care no i.e 1800-180-9999 about A.C. is not working and the representative had told you will get call from technician next day and today is 8th July’15.Inspite of 4 Days left I have not received a single call from L.G team. I called again on your Toll Free no.Today and they have given a Complaint No. i.e

    It seems L.G is focusing Only on Product Selling and just to remind you if you want give Good Services then no one will ready to Purchase your Products.
    I Personally feel Cheated that I had Purchased L.G Products.

    Now onwards I will not Purchased any L.G products and express My Bad Experience to My Near and Dear.

    I am also working with MNC Company and My Company believe in Quality and Services.

    I know L.G is very big Company so Peoples are busy but even though waiting for your favorable support Last Time.

    I have purchased LG split AC from one of local shop about 1.5 years back. Model no LSA5NR3F4.AMLG(II) 1.5 TON but instead of 3 free service not a single free service given by your company. I request you sir to look into matter & do needful.

    The service sector of LG is very poor. Customer care personnels are not only unprofessional in their attitude towards the redressal of the problems but what is shocking is that some of them even go to the length of using improper language with the clients. What is more pathetic is the response from the service centres where either the phone remains unanswered or switched off. Am still now waiting for refill of Gas for split AC for which I have complained some 7 days back. I don’t know about the customer care service of LG in other countries but surely the horrible customer care service in India will definitely pull the company down.

    Poor Installation of Split Ac.

    I am LG Brand user for the last 3 years, which made me to purchase the same brand of 2 LG split AC’s.

    The first A/c which was bought Vide Invoice Dated 27/2/2015 from M/s.S.Shad & Co.P.Ltd, Anna Nagar,

    The Tube which was fixed on the Indoor unit through the Wall, was not packed with Cement properly and whenever its rains, the water sweep through the tube and gap on the wall to the AC Unit and water drips constantly till rain stops.

    The compliant was made and LG representative had asked to organize for Rope to carryout the work and this was done approximately 20 days.

    After completion of this work, yesterday there was rainfall and still the water drips from AC unit.

    I request someone from direct LG to organize the work at the earliest.

    On 20/05/2015 Lg AC/ Window service was carried out by Mr. virender Service Engineer,Rohtak 124001 .After service water retained inside the Ac & not drain out completely .For this problem he called on 25/05/2015 .He sent his helper & the problem remained unsolved .He was again reminded on 19/08/2015 & the complaint was attended by Mr. Virender on 20/08/2015 . He examine the Ac & observed the problem which arissed during service. He assured that I will come at my own very shortly .I am still waiting to solve the problem arissed during service. Plz direct the concerned service Engineer to set right the fault.

    Dear sirs,
    I have room split system. It broken some times ago. The damage is not so fatal to change all conditioner. But all your Russian support and repair offices are can’t help me.
    The holder of bottom flap is damaged on one of it’s sides. This is the shutter, which is responsible for the mode of ventilation. Simple plastics lath.
    I asked about the replacement of parts. The answer was that here in Russia they could not help, bought these parts will not be. It’s some kind of sabotage.
    Help me please!

    Sir, we purchased 4 Air Conditioners from M/s Ashwani Electronics, Lal Banla Bazar, Kanpur. For the last 3 days the technical staff deputed by dealer have not been able to install the products.
    I was not informed at the time to selling of the ACs that I shall have to provide assistance to the installing staff by cutting a creek on the wall. On several occasions the dealer and the installing staff have changed their stand. Sometimes they said that they will find some person to do that job; at times, they said they cannot do that. My work is getting delayed due to changed stands of the dealer.
    As a layman customer I cannot be expected to provide any technical stand to the installing staff.
    My urgent matter is getting delayed day by day. PLEASE ASSIST ME.
