District Forum- You can make Complaint if Up to 20 Lakhs is involved.
State Commission- You can make Complaint if the amt is between Rs 20 Lakhs to Rs 1 Crores is involved.
National Commission- You can make Complaint if the amt is exceeds Rs 1 Crores.

Steps to Make Complaint Online-
1- First, Sign Up yourself by providing details like Name, Address, Mobile Number, Email Id, Aadhar Number.
2- After Registering yourself, than Login yourself.
3- On the Left Side, Click on “Register Complaint” and provide all details related to the Complaint.
4- Click on “Submit”.
