    Today I.e. on 24.9.2015 I went for the paid service of my Honda SMT bearing no UK04 Q 0719 at Planet Honda Haldwani distt- Nainital UK but during the previous service one Sachin service assistant checked the car before entering in the service center premises and marked all the available dent on the job card but after the service a fresh dent was point out by me on the driver side and shown to Mrs Sumita Ghosh and Mr. Sachin but they but they didn’t ready to accept the problem and she protected Mr. Sachin that he forgot to mark the dent on job card, which was oblivious that she will defended her employee. Anyhow she verbally committed to repair the dent in next service but today she refused to do so and denied any such commitment, which was ridiculous and to take undue advantage of our decent behaviour. It is requested to insure the repair of that particular dent after enquiring previous job card and statements of Mr Sachin and Sumita Ghosh otherwise legal action would be initiated soon..thanks!

    Hi Honda team . iam from Hyd I purchased a car Honda amaze from green Honda nagole .hyd on 19 the of Aug 2015. At the delivery time is vehicle is fine. But after 10 km there is ABS red light is on . and I immediately call the green Honda sales man. He said that no problem after running the some km the ABS red light is stop.. After few day I call the green Honda showroom. Don’t worry. The ABS light problem is stop in first service. 2 days back car was service is completed. But ABS light red light is continue is on . I also told at the time service chart .. any problem there . Only ABS is main problem.. Green Honda service adviser told to me .evening sir there is electric wiring problem .it’s take half day.. Or one day.. This is very shame full answer.. And iam also told to green honda team this is new car after all items checked by service team …its come infrount of showroom.. Green Honda team told me its take some time.. You come next time.. Iam asked only question to Honda team why the ABS light is on .. At the time of delivery there are no person are checked the vehicle. . in green Honda nagole showroom.. .. Iam contacting the Honda showroom . there is no response… Sir problem is green Honda. or Honda car checking engineer team . . my no is 09440006348

    I had bought Honda Amaze from Pune-Bund garden show room & because of that I am regretting now. The Sales persons Vishal & Juzer are not at all helpful & working towered customers satisfaction. I booked Amaze- ExMT on 26/08/15 & did all the formalities including DP & Loan. I asked for the delivery of the car on 17/09/2015 on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi & the salesman confirmed the date but just 2 days before the delivery they told me that they are unable to delivered the car on 17th. Since I have to buy a car I was ready to buy a higher version that is Amaze- SMT. After rigorous a follow-up with them I got delivery at night on 17th but they told me that since I got the delivery early so I haven’t gate any papers related to car i.e. final Invoice, insurance paper etc. & they will give everything when they do the RTO registration.
    I am still following up with them but till date I haven’t got the registration number or any kind of paper related to car & because of that I am unable to drive my car on the road. It is a very painful experience for me to buy a car from Deccan Hond showroom. I am very disappointed with the sales service.

    as per below e-mail I have booked said car for delivert on 22 Oct.2015.i.e.on festival.

    but why there is delay for delivery by honda cars india.
    Is there system in honda cars india to e-mail to customer that this car is booked on customer name and delivery date.
    also on what basis dealer is giving delivery promise and why honda is not supporting delivery promise given by dealer.

    pl.arreng said car delivery on time.

    This is complaint across crystall Honda dealership at Pune. My communication number is 1-3385418591.
    I have taken A Honda amaze model white colour. At the time of booking the car I was commited that dealership will provide free sensors to my another car.At the time of delivery I asked attendent associate to fix sensor to my other car he said now now but later u come anytime we will get it fixed .
    So I went 2nd time he told me to go to workshop I went their and there the workshop employee said sensor ais not available and they were fighting with internal issue of payment of the dealership. Then I came back to showroom and nobody was attending me for 35 minutes later whaen I shouted then showroom manager shalaka came n met me she said senor is not available tomorrow morning 7.30
    My person will come your home and fix sensor but next day morning nobody came for sensor fitting. Then the next day again I went to showroom before entering showroom I called Ruben several times but didnt picked up the phone. Before buying amaze he used to receive call within two rings.Then again I went back at my work and did call up custmor care saying this all have happen now I don’t want sensor but I want money of the petrol I wastes coming here from wagholi where my office is
    n I
    put petro of 1000 rs. So 3visit causts 3000 /-.And thing I called customer care for
    pls get this issue resolved or company will be called faake commuters………
    times but yet no conclusion as yet. If I am giving complaint to customer they
    please tell me which doors to knock . And if this is going to be the same with customor and company not action across it. That means company is made only for only dealer
    ..please help me and and not customer. Its been a week I am giving complaint on customer care but no result or feedback

    Hello Sir,

    i have booked one car on 9/9/2015 with delight honda matura road, New Delhi.I have told them that i will going to take the delivery on 14/10/2015. i have given them full amount and when i called them for my car delivery they started giving me excuse that sir wait for one day but till 19/10/2015 i didnt get my car delivery and mr Anuj who is the sales head in delight honda talk to me so rudely as i m purchasing a car for a free of cost.when i told him that i will going to talk to honda care regarding this matter then he told me sir u can do anything.Now i request you to take some action against the dealer as well as against your sales head.I am using your car from last 10 years.They are just changing the customer mood from honda to some other car.I hope that you will going to take some action against it.

    kindly refer to our repeated request to either change our vehicle or repair it to our satisfaction. The vehicle no ———- is misaligned from very first service

    The request were falsely cleared as OK and there is no problem but on getting 2nd & 3rd opinions from open market the problem exists for sure but our repeated request to amend the same are not being listened by the dealer SUGOI Ring Road HONDA Moti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015.
    Everyone is pressed for time in daily routine, so kindly attend to our case immediately & rectify the defect as it is giving us mental unrest to drive a defective vehicle.

    Dear all,
    I would like to inform you that we have booked new Honda city diesel Sv model from Joshi harmony Honda Panchkula few days ago. So after gone through criteria we loan it from out side bank. Today on 21-10-2015 we called sale executive Mr.Parveen for delivery formalities and we asked him for car cotation for final loan passing. I don’t know what thing happened wrong he said that he has forwarded the same through mail but bank did not received it again called to same guy he again said that he has forwarded it.But it was preplanned not give us car today. After talking to Manager he mailed us cotation copy in evening time.Which was delayed by them saying mail is sent.Anyways we went to take delivery at 6. They told us u can’t get the delivery because amount is not reflecting in there data.We felt very bad that after asking for cotation since morning this thing happened and now car is delayed for two days due to holiday of dusherra. Also all people there provoked us by laughing on us.Then they also Misbehaved and pushed me but manager came in-between to stop the person from his team.I was with there with my whole family my father who is Heart patient recently by-pass surgery has been done,my mother who is also a patient, my elder sister in front of them they tried to make fight but thanks god nothing happened I called up police at that time,and told them what was happening with us.Right action should be taken against such dealer employees. Who does not understand a customer values tried to insult us laughed, and provoked us to fight.

      Above mail shows how Honda people treat there valuable customers. If you take loan from them they are happy if you take there insurance they are very happy if you give them your old car they are very very happy
      And all above mentioned things not done by me what I got nothing but insult given by whole staff there at JOSHI Harmony Honda PANCHKULA HARYANA. SO NOW I HAVE NO OTHER SUCH CHOICE TO SEND THEM A LEGAL NOTICE ABOUT THERE PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR AFTER BOOKING THERE CAR. Which is unacceptable by my side whole family is in shock that what they did with us should not be repeated in future with other customers.

    I took my Honda City car bearing regn no CH 04H 7256 to Deccan Honda service center at Pune on 28 Oct 2015. Shri Rajendra was the service engineer designated for cheking my car. He checked the car and briefed about the work needed to be carried out and asked me to collect the car by about 5 pm and he will call me when the car was ready. Accordingly, I left Deccan Honda by about 1100h. At about 1300h I received a call from Shri Rajendra informing that work of my car was held up as wipers and brake pads of the car needed to be replaced being worn out which needed my consent. He also informed me that if the brake pads were not changed there is a great chance of brake failure. I asked him to change the wiper blades only. When I reached Deccan Honda at about 5 pm, I saw that the car was ready to be delivered. Being concerned about safety of myself and fellow road users with such an input from the service engineer, I asked Shri Rajendra to show me condition of the brake pads of my car. On this request, Shri Rajendra told me that it will take time, however he will show me brake pads of some other car which astonished me. I than told Shri Rajendra that I will wait and like to see the condition of the brake pads of my car. Accordingly I waited for 30-40 minutes and finally I was shown the brake pads. The mechanic at the service bay tried to mislead me by stating that the right side brake pad would last for approximately 1000 km and needs replacement. Seeing no difference and damage in either of the brake pads, I asked the mechanic as to why was he misleading and cheating for which he had no answer. Thereafter, I asked the same thing to Shri Rajendra, the service engineer who also had no answer. Then I called for the Manager, who did not turn up. In the past too I received such call from service engineers for replacement of parts and on 28 Oct 2015 I was confirm that Deccan Honda was involved in cheating its valued customer. CREDIBILITY and DEPENDABILITY of DECCAN HONDA was at the lowest ebb and as such credibility of HONDA Automobile is at stake. Hence, it is imperative for HONDA Auto to take corrective and punitive action against the defaulting agency to restore it’s own credibility and faith of its valued customer. Regards. Lt Col PK Ray.

    on 28 Oct 15 I gave my Honda City car for servicing at Deccan Honda, Pune. The service engineer briefed about the work required to be carried out and informed me to collect the car by 5 PM. I had left Deccan Honda at about 11 AM. At about 1 PM I received a telephone call from the service engr informing the servicing of my car was held up for replacement of wiper blades and brake pads for which my consent was required. The break pads were worn out and if not replaced, there would break fail. I consented for replacement of wiper blades only. At 5 PM I reached Deccan Honda for collection of my car and asked the service engineer to show me the break pads. On this he informed me that it would take time, but he will show me some other car’s break pads which astonished me. I told him that I would wait to see the break pads. After waiting for about 45 mins, I was shown the brak pads and the mechanic at the repair bay explained me that the right pad has been worn out and would last for 1000 km only and needed immediate replacement. Having seen no difference/worn out in both the front wheel break pads I asked the mechanic why was he cheating on customers, for which he had no answer. I asked the service engineer the same question and asked him to compare the existing brake pads with a new pair, he too had no explanation to offer. As I had received such calls on earlier occasion too, I understood that these people were cheating their customers. I had called for the Manager who failed to meet me in spite of my waiting. I felt that dependability on Deccan Honda, Pune and its intigrity was at the lowest ebb. In fact, I feel here HONDA’s credibility at stake because of such action of it’s authorised agency and warrants immediate punitive action against the defaulting agency. Action taken may please be intimated at the earliest. Regards.

    Found all new Honda jazz so alluring but delivery of vehicle is skittish.
    I am afflicted by one of your Honda dealer “Abhikaran Honda” Indore (M.P).
    On October 13 we booked a Honda jazz Emt vehicle. According to the
    dealership they have done all the billing on a dated 30-31oct & by 3rd nov they
    had got the dispatch details. On the day of booking I was assured that day
    before diwali vehicle will be deliver to you, but I requested them to provide
    me delivery on dhanteras.Alacrity to bring vehicle on a auspicious day turns to
    agony when we got the message from dealership that you will not get this vehicle
    before diwali infact not in this month.Neither they have Smt model,
    it is difficult for a middle class family to exceed budget.The sales person had
    played with our emotions when he said that Emt model is irregular model,
    rarely dispatched by company. I said to him you know that earlier but you give us
    bogus promise. You should have told us before that if you want vehicle before diwali
    please book from third variant or else we would find some other option.
    The untrained sales person or lack of transparency with company had ruined our
    festival.In a nutshell, the customer dissatisfaction had started before the purchasing
    of new vehicle.The Honda assurance will not sustain in the market by getting acerbic
    words on sales and services.

    I have purchased honda city (v)2014 from pensular honda ernakulam.the vehicle shows from fault on the engine side on 9/11/2015.The corresponding indicator on the dash board blinks immediately. I condact the vision honda kottayam.they shifted the vehicle to the service center after rectification of work they handed over the vehicle on 10/11/2015.again i noticed the same complaint on the same date after riding 40.k/m.the engine was dead.Now the vehicle is idle in the service center of vision Honda kottayam for the last 12 days.requst you to interfere in to this mater either by satisfacory rectify the defact for to give me a new vehicle. since the vehicle is 25000 k/m.also i request you allot me a spaire vehicle for i daily use til my vehicle is ready for use.

    I m fàcing same problem too in vaishali honda patna.They are making fool.I was booked jazz smt and having quotation also,then they told for delivery problem pls take svmt.i was ready for that and I was given advance payment and my d.o. is also ready they given me chasis no. Also.but they cant able to deliver between two months ant I m going to cancel my vehicle.i dont prefer honda in future also.

    i have been following up with the dealer, manager, gm, of bafna (dealer in Pune)
    regarding my issue, a false commitment was made to me by the sales executive,
    looking at the lazy response i do no think the issue is going to get solved by them.
    so would definately tell people to take everything small or big in writing as far as HONDA dealers are concerned, as trust is not there in their system.
    i have CAR FROM HYUNDAI, FORD, MARUTI but have never faced such small problems
    so request u all to please take everything in writing from HONDA dealers

    Hello Honda Customer Care,

    This is regarding my car Honda City’s (IVT diesel model) horn. There was some problem with the horn and I had it serviced at your servicing centre. Realising that it’s still not repaired and have some fault, I gave my car again in service centre for second time. Even after having the service centre trying to fix the horn problem twice, there is some problem with my car’s horn. I think it needs to be replaced as it doesn’t seem to be repaired even after two servicing. I purchased the car this year, that is in May 2015.

    May I request you to look into my problem and solve it as soon as possible. I have high regards for your company Honda and I am sure the customer care will live up to retaining the same regard.
