I am very sory to inform you that the quality and taste of bru green label coffe is degrading day by day more over this thing happens specially whenever iam purchasing a offer pack..     Hi, I have started a new soaps shop at juhu tara road and I desperately need your products to fulfill my shops requirement but non of your distributors are showing interest to provide your products even though I am ready to pay in CASH they say that 15 days to visit and then 15 days for goods. other companies like Procter and gamble, godrej, johnson…many more hve supplied their goods very next day the salesman approached to me..but ur procedure is too vast hence request to kindly inform ur salesman and goods at the ealiest since need to open my shop.

    dear sir :

    I have bought your product, Hindustan Unilever -Marvello-RO in the year 2013 and doing regular periodic service with your company.

    – On 21/11/2015 we have made complaint with your company vide comp register number : c157255052 for non -functioning of machine . They have informed us there is electic board problem and unable to service . This machine is used for drinking water purpose and unable do the need .

    Again we have made c omplaint on 23/12 vide complaint register number : 1932868295 again no body has trun up.

    Again we have called for complaint on vide complaint register number : 3157255052 dated 26/12 and your tele call executive has promised me that from Hindustan unilever will call on the same day, but no response from your end .

    Here i would like to infom that either this machine have to be repaired on free of cost or fresh new machine have to be replaced with old machine

    On the above issue, If you are not call back by tomorrow morning – 29/12 -1200 hrs, i will move this case to consumer forum.

    Pl revert back on the above .

    dear sir,
    now a days competition in hul product is in creasing day by day
    survival is going to hard.the mall which are served premium from the dealer. are cutting products at the cut rates in market. ex: reliance retail marketing, metro cash and carry, and more. the rs is not getting is not getting a single percent of margin from taking the goods to the company.
    shortly i request you to give a small amount of margin to the malls so that they cannot disturb the rs marketing.
