    I want to bring to your kind notice that in panjab university M.COM. HONS. (UNIVERSITY BUSINESS SCHOOL) RESULT OF FINAL SEMESTER IS BEING DELAYED BY THE UNIVERSITY.     Hello,
    I want to say in my first line that higher officer and literate officer mail id has been provided to me so that I could put my problem because Shashikant Manager of Airtel is not a literate man. A manager level post man Shashikant is giving advice to me that he can not solve my problem and you have to call on 121.
    I want to pull your mind at this that if I do not send the old screenshot to Shashikant Manager of Airtel in which Bulandshahr has updated by his team in my address, he do not give a confirmation of it that he will update Bulandshahr in my address. Because I have a proof of it, he has given confirmation of it that he will update it in my address. I want to know that if Airtel agents will do wrong with customer and if customer will not proof of it that he is right, what Airtel and his agents will make fool to customer? I am sending old and new screenshot of it where my right address is update with Bulandshahr and later wrong address is update without Bulandshahr that has done by Airtel and his agents and at it I have not given confirmation of it to do right first and after wrong in my favour.
    Shashikant Manager of Airtel is a illiterate man. She has maked pressure on me when he put a call on my no. on dated 30.12.21015. He told me that you can update Bulandshahr in your address. Shashikant Manager of Airtel told me that company and his team update address only one time at the time of sim activation according your documents. Company and his executives can not change it next time. It will be fix. At this when I want to know from him that first you have updated full right addres in my selfcare account and again you have updated my house no. and remove Bulandshahr from my address, why, when I had not given the mail to change my address. I had only told to his agents to update my alternate no. and mail id. He was silent at this. He has not replied at this. When I put next question from him that firstly you are giving commentment to customer that address may update only fisrt time at the time of sim activation. Company and his exeuctive can not change it but secondly in adverse condition agents and company are updating wrong again my address. I asked Shashikant that sir this is a double meaning talk and it is not right for the post of manager. He has not replied at this. He also told me that you are doing a wrong discussion on Bulandshahr because you have a Aatmik sukh to update the spellings of Bulandshahr in your address. And after that when I told to him that I have a previous screenshot of it where it is showing that my complete address with Bulandshahr and it has done by his agents wrong in my favour. I also told him that I can send it for his kind information. I want to know from him that how you can put two different updation in customer’s address while before it he has done it right. At this he has not replied at this and
    I want to know from Shashikant Manager of Airtel that if he is updating my right address on the basis of Aadhar card and in my Aadhar card is wrong updation of bye but I want to know again from you that Bulandshahr spelling is right in my Aadhar card and any illiterate person can confirm it that Bulandshahr is a right spelling.
    I want to know from you that why Shashikant Manager of Airtel is updating wrong spelling (i.e. Bulandshahar according to him) in my address. I want to know from Shashikant Manager of Airtel that he is doing this for his personal benefit/reason. He is not punishing his/her agents. I feeled that Shashikant Manager of Airtel is taking personal work from his/her agents and stay guilt to customer and appreciate to his/agents.
    He is unwillingly giving wrong spelling updation in my address to his/her agents because I have requested from him to punish his/her agents. When I asked a question from her that Mansi Kapoor and its related agents has done wrong with me, at this he replied to me with anger that we can not dismiss our employees.
    This will internal action. I want to know that when Shashikant Manager of Airtel agent’s are doing wrong openly with me to interfiour in my personal details, how action this was. He has not replied at this.
    Now it is a condition in Airtel that Shashikant Manager of Airtel is a superhero/hitler in Airtel. Customer can not fight against him. Customer can not speak. Customer only will give response silently when Shashikant Manager of Airtel will speak. I have to talk only Shashikant Manager of Airtel. I can not talk other senior person. But if I talk only from Shashikant Manager of Airtel, this will not right for me because Shashikant Manager of Airtel is a hitler man. He can not listen against his employees. He tells time to customer again and again that he is speaking from customer from 1 minute, 2 minute, 3 minute or more.

    I had yearly subscribed from June 2014 which started from July 2014 in which a 15 days break due to my leave. again I had subscribed for one year, all coupons I had received which fully received by my vendors Mr. Krishna Kumar of Mohammad pur contact no.9811033886. recently I for new govt. accommodation in vasant Bihar and shifted on 11th Jan from my earlier house 1166sec2 rk puram . my complain is the vendor not delivering said new paper from 12th Jan whereas I had informed him well before of my shifting to new address and repeated request the vendor not deliver any single paper to my new address 17Q V Bihar which only three kms from my previous address. my request you to do the needful for deliver or continued the news paper and adjust the above mentioned days of undelivered . it mentioned that contact number of the vendor not responsive as well as yr customer care nor accessible. thanks for yr quick response. regards.
