Also they said that to go to Lenovo service center, if Lenovo service center confirmed that it is faulty then they will replace.
    If I go to the Lenovo service center, then what is the meaning of 30 days replacement guarantee??

    flipkart is fooling people and is is stating false claim on its website. they are selling duplicate products of genuine company like air condoitioners of DAIKIN. I purchased a daikin ac(Daikin FTKP50PRV16 1.5 Ton Inverter S.) the delivery of the product was on the very second day of the order, but installation was horrible and this installation is not even done by daikin people, rather this is installed by another company(jeevs). they charged me 5350 for the installation for a 3 mtr distance from indoor unit to the outdoor unit. the worst part is even after paying so much of money the installation was not complete, and they said call daikin for further demo. when I called daikin they said w s retail and flipkart are not authorised to sale daikin product and the product is probably not genuine, stated by the representative from daikin who visited to check(paid service), and jeev the installation company is also not authorized to install the daikin ac, so they said the warrenty is void now and daikin will not cover the warrenty. flipkart on its website says that daikin will cover the warranty which is a lie. for the fast15 days I have been calling flipkart and jeeves consumer but they are not solving the issue, they keep on asking for one more day to solve the issue but till date nothing is been done .never expected this sort of service from flipkart .flipkart is horrible and is involved unethical business practise.

As per Flipkart Policy, we are getting cash back of full amount. Lets say that I have shopped worth rs2000, After shopping i will get one code which I can use in YATRA app as a ECASH. I will put the code which received from FLIPKART and will put in YATRA app and will get full cash back (2000). however Code will get activated after 15 days. After shopping from flipkart, I should have received code however I did not receive. I sent an email to flipkart requested to send code to me. They also sent me code but that was duplicate code and they were already sent me that code for my another purchase. Since then I am following up with them but they are continuously asking to me get in touch with YATRA.COM and not trying to help.

    This Full HD TV has low quality of resolution like cheap led. i can’t connect my home theater with this Tv, some video formats doesn’t support with it like MKV and Divx.

    we trusted on flipkart that they will deliver us to a genuine and best product but now i am very disappointed they have cheated us.

    if i would have purchased this tv from market it could exchanged with another TV but flipkart does’t return or exchange.

    Now I don’t know what to do with this TV.

    i had ordered a sansui tv from flipkart on 19-dec-2015 and my order no id ( OD404736858312163000 ) and from first day i have been facing problems like some video formats are not supported ( formats are not written on website ), bad picture quality, on website 1080P resolution supported is written but when i play some videos in 1080P res a transparent horizontal line comes between screen this problem doesn’t comes in 720P videos n flipkart is not accepting its a defect in this tv or fake description is written on flipkart, and from very first day i have been calling flipkart for refund because i am not satisfied with the product and they says the videos downloaded from you tube will create these problems ( I think technician doesnt know in these days every person download videos from youtube and play on their tv’s ) or your videos and pen drive has a problem according to technician tv is ok but i showed him there is no problem in my another tv’s and senior executives make excuses like if your videos doesnt work properly this is not my problem and we will send our senior technician to check the problems and they says technician will play our videos and it will work and if your videos doesnt work its not our matter ( I am not happy by the conversation with executives ) please help me to get my money back.. i would be so thankful to flipkart
