    I use den boom band Internet connection and I take 3 month advance rental package. My Internet pack is 20 MBps speed with 30 GB data after this 30 GB I get 1MBPS speed.
    (When the executive (R.N. Yadav ph no. 9968563960) came he told me that if you are not satisfy to the speed and you have faced problem within 7 days you just complaint and you get full refund for your money.
    Den boom band connection has installed on date 26 July and I was raised request for disconnection my Internet connection on dated 28 July 2015. I
    I called to R.N. Yadav and den boom band customer care on daily basis and ask the status about the Internet connection they disconnect the ph.
    Pls help me to in this matter

    I have purchased a connection in july my registered mobile no.9868787272 the sales officer told me that i will recieve snapdeal coupons worth 1200 rupees via post within one week its been 2 months and i have complained n number of times but still no action has been taken. This company is not at all professional in their work. Plz i have paid fpr the service and i want the service this company is really provoking me complain to some concern authority.

    I have purchased a connection in July 15 on my registered mobile no.9650555372. The internet is not working since last ONE MONTH. I have lodged number of complaints but still problem remain unresolved. most painful is customer care regularly closed my complaint without providing any solution. It would be better for this company to snatch the money instead of making fool like this. When i have requested to refund my money they are even ready for same. I have paid my hard earned money for the service and u people are behave so insensitively. I am sure this is deteriorating your image at all.

    Hello everyone, i wont say that you don’t buy this connection, but please before throwing away your money, read or research about this ISP. I had my experience with DEN for 2 years now but within last 4 months it feels like people in DEN networks are getting out of their limits its like that they are promising something that they can never keep up with, after 4 months of followups (for just to re-instate the connection) i get text messages on my regd. # which says:- Pay for 3 months and get additional 3 months free; 6 months and get additional 6 months free. Now i wonder as to how these people fail to realize that if they cant even keep up with 1 months of payment, how do they expect people to shell out money for 3/6 months. So to me it surely looks like just another “PONZIE Scheme” in Indian market.

    PS:- As far as those stupid CAS #’s are concerned, even i don’t remember now how many of those i have.

      My internet is not working since last 3 days .I lodge my complain via Customer care .
      Also I wrote 3 email so far.
      Despite doing all this didn’t get any respond.
      Seems consumer forum is only solution left mow.

    i have paid my monthly recharge but my net is not working. also i haven’t get my movie tickets as it was committed to me at the time of taking connection. more than 3/4 has been register with the den. there is no one is responsible in den to resolve the solution.

    I use den boom band Internet connection and My Internet pack is 20 MBps speed with 30 GB data after this 30 GB I get 1MBPS speed.den boom band connection has installed on date 1 month ago and since than I have made 30 complaints n no action is taken on my complaint. Den boom band sucks..
    I have tried everything possible to get it fixed… I paid 1500 rs for installation n 1300 rs for 2nd recharge n since then I could check my watsapp only. N I don’t know why it works for 2 hours in 24 hs..if you are looking for wifi don’t go for them as they guys are asshole cheater n fraud n I have contacted a lawyer as well to drag them to consumers court c u guys there soon

    On 13-dec-2015, your agent with the mobile no. 07503021849 called me and said if we pay three months advance, then we received three months free internet, and they send our executive(Mr ashish kumar, mob no’ 9136885122, FCOE Id : DENASHISH303 ) to collect money, I agreed to pay 2053 Rs for three months and they give me slip. He said that your plan will be automatically renew, But my plan not yet renew now, I called 15-20 times on your customer care toll free no’, everyday they give me same complaint no’ : IS698479, Please solve my issue ASAP otherise I have to register FIR Against your executive Ashish ..

    I took three months plan for broadband, again i took the plan for 105 days as committed by your executive but the same connection stop working after 90 days.. i din’t get the benefit for 15 days.. Kindly check it & revert otherwise I’ll be discontinuing the same connection and will take some other good operators…. As I’m fed up of calling you again & again.. And nobody is looking after the inconvenience caused to me…

    Dear Sir

    I had booked DEN broadband connection on 22.10.15 vide your CAF no DL0109344 and I was given DEL
    broadband package for 4 months plus one month free by DEN’s representative, Mr Rakesh, 9211631738
    Moreover, DEN network went down for 15 days and it was assured by Manoj DEN’s engineer that my
    package would be extended for a further period of 15-20 days. However, my connection has been
    disconnected today without any notice, inspite of the fact that only three months have elapsed and my
    subscription is valid for another 2 months plus 15 days extension due to non availability of DEN’s
    services from 29.10.15 to 13.11.15.

    You are requested to immediately continue my services as per conditions mentioned in CAF, failing which
    I may be forced to approach Consumer Court for redressal of my grievances.

    I am vey disappointed with DEN boadband services.Even after tallking to customer care personel on phone.I am shocked that no customer care services are provided.
    Now, We need to legaly take action to such stupid false claim by den Broadband services.
    Even if today any one ask me my opinon then i would fail to convey not to opt for Den Broadband option.
