    Dear Sir,

    I purchased Bosch Washing machine WAK 24268 IN, Shubam Appliances, Temple Road, Mysore on 19-09-15 at 5.00 pm.

    Your service people didn’t turn up immediately or same evening neither they bothered to call me. I am working in Bangalore & i will be at my home between Mon- Sat. Please look in to the matter.

This shows how worst service ur ppl will give and this ridiculous and there is no proper response for our communication from ur service advisor and one of the worst service I hv never seen.

    I had my car service in bosch. And i am fedup this service, after paying 15000 till my car is not working fine and thet guy again and again increase bill…unskilled macanic. Poor service. Mohan nagar, Ghaziabad.

    Still my car in service center 🙁

    I had purchased Bosch Battery S5 for my car (ALTO) in 01/03/14 in Bangalore which costed me Rs. 4960, the battery started giving issues since June’2015 and due to my new job I have shifted to Jaipur.

    When reaching out to the Bosch customer care in Jaipur, I had a very tough time getting even a reply from their end.

    They kept confusing me and answers were not clear,very bad customer service.

    On top of it finally when i was directed to the authorised dealer of Bosch, I get to know that the battery sold to me was manufactured in 2011 and the the warranty period was already expired prior to my purchase.

    I was given a warranty card without Mfd details and Bill of purchase without the battery details.
    The dealer termed it the case of cheating.

    Now reaching out to Bangalore dealer (Sri Raghavendraa Motors) Opp. to Tyco Electronics, Hoodi Graphite Road – 560048. they are asking me to get the battery to bangalore and we will think about it. Waoooooooooooooo what an idea.

    I have spent almost double the amount in entire duration to have this issue resolved and on top of it my time.

    Thanks to Bosch, I appeal to all who aspire to be a consumer of Bosch product, kindly don’t do this mistake.

    Bosch don’t value the customer, a small vendor in any city toady have much better service and Bosch just knows how to fool around with consumers.

    bought the battery for 4960 and spent more than 8000 due to battery issues and spent more in cabs in spite of having the car since battery is down every day and now again have to buy the new battery. killed my time and mental piece.

    At least I am happy will not have to deal with Bosch any more.

    Dear sir,
    It’s sad to say that if Bosch loses its popularity then it’ll be only because of its worst service
    I don’t know how it is outside,but in Mangalore its really bad
    I had complained about machine and it took up 5 days to turn up. This shows their interest at customers service
    And when the technician came, he argued that the warranty has been lapsed. It took me 10 minutes to make him realise the warranty date.
    After that he told that some part is spoilt and he’ll be back with that part in a week.
    It’s been a month since he left and no response from their side.
    They give some irresponsible answers when we call.
    I’m really sick of this thing
    And I request the persons reading this not to buy a Bosch product in Mangalore.
    If any guy from service centre is reading this, this is a feedback of a customer who is a resident of Mangaladevi…

    Dear Sir,
    W.r. t trailing mail after replacement of machine body the problem has not resolved, the machine was working ok for 2 days but after 2 days abnormal sound started coming while spinning, and now the the sound is thought the wash cycle and while spinning its very heavy. if we keep rpm 900 it feels like the basket might come out of the machine and some accident might happened so we again registered complain on toll free number and narrated the entire story to MS Dixsha and the lady over phone said since your machine is under warranty you will get free replacement,
    Request you to provide us free replacement of machine as I have small kids at home and if any accidents happens the situation will be miserable.

    Hope you consider my request and do the needful

    Dear sir,
    I had bought Bosch washing machine model mentioned in snap attached in Feb 2014 reg on my wife’s name Toral Walunj address Vapi, The body of washing machine got corroded after 8 months running from the washing powder loading point till bottom side see snap attached I had registered complain by calling toll free number and the person from service centre visited and suggested to fix levelling stand which they supplied for Rs 2650/- as the balance of machine was disturbed due body was corroded on right hand side bottom, but even after installing the stand there was no improvement in machine functioning, and now it is worst the machine is making abnormal sounds while wash run and during spinning its worst we feel if we keep rpm 900 the basket might come out of the machine and some accident might happened so we again registered complain on toll free number and narrated the entire story and the lady over phone said since your machine is under warranty you will get free replacement, again the person from service Center visited and we told him that the lady over toll free number said you will get free replacement but the service Center person said
    bosch never gives replacement and you will have to pay us Rs 14500/- for replacement of new body and if any other damage has occurred to machine the repairing charges will be extra.
    Sir I am not at all happy with the Bosch product and service the product I bought is expensive and I paid highest money for Bosch quality product compared to other brand available at lower cost in the same segment but I am repenting the product is not value for the money, I have been running pillar and post to get the machine repaired so I can use the product safely without any accident happening at my home but till date I have no solution request you to look into this matter and provide me replacement of the machine or refund my money and take back the product.

    i brought bosch washing machine just 3 months back and it is not working know, i gave a complaint on 28 feb today is 7 march nobody bothered to follow up after no of calls i think worst service from company . pl dont trouble people with false promises. i suggest nobody should go for this company products.
