    I ordered for four t shirt order.no .AB4646993.T shirts are wrongly was sent to me,after that i called customer care for return back the t shirts and want replace as same like this advertisement which are they,they are simply said to me no the replacement system in Askmebazaar.it’s very poor response.

    And i asking want to my money,i given my bank details till date i did not received my money Rs.399.

    Good evening,
    I have placed an order with ASKMEBAZAR for MI power bank on 6th March 2015. However I received a non working device.

    For which I have raised a Complaint QRC29206447. I was confirmed by the call centre executive at 04444444444 – to get the money refund within 7 days after the reverse pickup.

    Reverse pickup has been done on 21st March 2015. Faulty device has been collected by the logistic team.

    Since then each and every time I try to call at 04444444444 – they book a compliant no and tell me; I shall get a call from back end team and refund will happen. But probably i have done more than 10 times this exercise, but my refund is not been done.

    Every time they ask the same questions to me which has started irritating me –

    – They ask me the whole case history, probably which they can view in my case history
    – They ask me my bank details
    – They ask me if reverse pickup is done or not ?

    And finally they book a compliant and inform me to wait for 24 hours to receive a call from back end team –

    Surely i receive call from a different after a couple of days – they to ask the same set of questions –

    – They ask me the whole case history, probably which they can view in my case history
    – They ask me my bank details
    – They ask me if reverse pickup is done or not ?

    And they inform within 7 business days the refund will be done –

    It is almost now six months; i am waiting for my refund.

    I want somebody who is responsible to handle this case in a more serious manner.

    And send me the refund at the earliest –

      Product time pe na aaye to salo ko bhaga do time pe kabhi nahi aata aur galti se recive kar liya toh defective piece aata hai…….

    Good Morning Friends,
    On 16th Oct 2015 from ASKMEBAZAAR I booked a Camera of Rs. 7171/- online payment but till now (on 30th Oct 2015) I didn’t any message from ASKMEBAZAAR on either my Mail-id or Contact No. 7207712314 for my Order Details and when they delivered my order and all others messages when the item dispatched by seller.
    I also tried to talk 3 times on their Customer Care No. +914444444444 but they only told that we will dispatch your item till 2nd Nov 2015 but they are not sending any confirmation message to my mail-id or my Contact No. So, I am little bit worried that when they will dispatch my item.
    And friends their Customer Care No. charges are too high. I talked them 3 times and I spent Rs.60/- till now with Rs.2.00 per minute.
    So, Please if anyone know about which type company is ASKMEBAZAAR and why they are doing like this. Because I booked many items after 16th Oct 2015 from different sites and all are dispatched before time till now but this company order not dispatched.
    Anyone please help me regarding this matter. How to get rid of this matter.

    VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE TO THE CUSTOMER THERE IS NO SATISFACTION REGARDING DELIVERY NOBODY CARES AT CUSTOMER CARE DUE TO COMPLAINT MAIL I HAVE TO MAIL VARIOUS MAIL REGARDING DELIVERY STATUS BUT NO RESPONSE LIKE CUSTOMERS ARE FOOL TO DELIVER THROUGH THIS ONLINE SHOPPING.

    Wrong product Delivered
    I purchased one product on 13 th Oct 2015 and delivered on 16th oct 2015. The product delivered was the wrong product and on the same day i lodge the complaint to return/refund the order/amount. From that day to till date I am following to the customer care everyday . All of them are giving me the wrong details . Till date nothing happen . The order no id NDD2462598 . I am requesting you please look into this . I am getting frustrated to call every day to the customer care. I have called to the following customer care representative .

    I have ordered 1 Red Chief RC1300A Formal Shoes For Men – RESULT0030 and paid full amount through net banking Rs.1376/- but when it delivered to me they demands Rs.341/- i don’t no why so many time i complained on [email protected] or customer care no 04444444444 but material or refund not yet received
    I have also complained on following dates on your customer care no 04444444444 which is still unresolved

    on 26.10.15 i again call on same number 04444444444 one of their executive Mr. Sanjeev attend my call as per mr sanjeev above my two complaint closed without my knowledge so he again take my complaint vide no. QRC 56689121dt.29.10.15 Time 11:59 AM these are still unresolved

    I ordered a red coloured table and I have received something else. I am very disappointed with this and I want to return this rubbish product…..worst site I have ever seen and the products are also worst…..I hate Askmebazaar.
