    Biggest misake i have done by buying aquaguard water purifier.Worst service .For these guys 1 day means 1 month .After buying purifier they didn’t send any technicians till one month for installation.I have spent more than 300RS to call these guys or to the customer care.
    Really a big scrap .Another problem is after 6 six monhs it is stopped working .My 17000/- has lost .waste of money don’t buy aqua guard products .

    I had bought a aquaguard magna water purifier UV online during September 2015.
    Received the product. It took 7 days to get installed. Water received from it was trading aweful. It was services thrice during first week of installation and they refused to provide a replacement. I returned it for a100% refund in a week threafter within their refund policy timeliness.
    It had been 2 months today and I have still not received any refund. Bharat Motwani ecommerce and vinit just donot take my calls and whenever they do they say that gati courier have still not delivered the product to their warehouse (even after 30 days of pickup) eureka forbes seem to be good winking clients and using their monies.

    Donot but their products as they are useless. I bought Kent max thereafter and is giving goods water.

    I still remain to receive my refund from aquaguard.

    i have purchase Aqua grand +. the product is very poor quality. in the time of purchase company told 3 free service give to you but after 9 month ago only 1 service given call 2 month for service but no any response given by company.

    I bought aquaguard crystal plus. The service man came and just mounted it on the wall and did not connect it with water line. He told us to call a plumber and fixed it. Please kindly provide proper service or stop selling such products.

    Product is good but the service is THIRD CLASS. To sustain in the market you people should provide very good services. Initially there were no other water purifier than aqua guard but now a days many other brands are in market.

    WE PURCHASED AQUAGUARD MAGNA IN MARCH 2015. LAST WEEK THE HANDLE OF WATER OUTLET TAP CAME OUT WHILE HANDLING IT NORMALLY. WE LODGED A COMPLAINT VIDE COMPLAINT NO.84838068 DATED 18.12.2015. SINCE THEN WE HAVE BEEN CONSTANTLY TELEPHONING THE CUSTOMER CARE, BUT NO ONE HAS TURNED UP TILL NOW (16.12 HRS. – 22.12.2015) TO ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM.

    WE HAVE NOT COME ACROSS SUCH UTTERLY POOR POST SALES SERVICE (WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD) FOR ANY OTHER CONSUMER PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY US.

    WE URGE UPON THE RESPONSIBLE OFFICIALS IN THE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES HANDLING HIERARCHY TO ENSURE IMMEDIATE FIXING OF PROBLEM, IN ORDER TO AVOID FUTURE UNPLEASANT SITUATIONS.

    Yes i too agreed about aqua sure aqua guard product quality is very poor. Waste of money . Customer service is the worst. raised request for service 10 times from november month. but till no respond from them. Got vexed. Please do action immedialtely.

    I have registered service request to replace the tap of my aqua guard tap on 03.02.2016. every day I am following it with customer care and there is no response from the service dealer. Even I spoke to Service Head Mr. Nataraj, He also promised but no response till date.My complaint no is 85526855 dt.03.02.2016, Online also registered complaint and no is 008565460. please do something
